Claims (1)
- 切断対象物を所定のパターン形状に切断する切断装置において、
振動子により発生する超音波振動に共振する共振器を備える超音波振動手段と、
前記超音波振動手段を振動方向である上下方向に移動自在に支持するとともに、前記超音波振動手段の上下方向軸周りの支持角度を調整可能に支持する支持手段と、
前記超音波振動手段の前記共振器を構成するホーンに固定され前記共振器を介して超音波振動が印加される切断刃と、
前記切断対象物を前記切断刃の下方位置で保持する保持手段と
を備えたものであり、
前記切断刃は、前記ホーンに接触している接触部と、該接触部から下方に突出した前記所定のパターン形状を有する刃本体部とを備え、
前記接触部の幅が、前記刃本体部の前記接触部側の最大幅より大きく、前記共振器の共振周波数の1/4波長以下である
ことを特徴とする切断装置。
