Description
本発明製造方法では、表面に遷移金属を含有する合金磁性材料からなる磁性素体と、前記磁性素体の少なくとも一部分を被覆するBiを含みかつ遷移金属を含まないガラス層と、を備える印字前の電子部品を調製し、前記印字前の電子部品に対して波長1064nmのレーザーを前記ガラス層を透過せしめて照射することにより、前記磁性素体と前記ガラス層の界面付近の一部ガラス部分に印字部分を形成する。このようにして、印字付きの電子部品を得る。

Claims (5)
- 表面に遷移金属を含有する合金磁性材料からなる磁性素体と、前記磁性素体の少なくとも一部分を被覆するBiを含みかつ遷移金属を含まないガラス層と、を備える印字前の電子部品を調製し、
前記印字前の電子部品に対して波長1064nmのレーザーを前記ガラス層を透過せしめて照射することにより、前記磁性素体と前記ガラス層との界面付近の一部ガラス部分に前記磁性素体からガラス層へ拡散した遷移金属と、Biを含む化合物とが存在する印字部分を形成する、
印字付きの電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記ガラス層が30μm以上の厚さである請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 表面に遷移金属を含有する合金磁性材料からなる磁性素体と、前記磁性素体の少なくとも一部分を被覆するBiを含むガラス層とを備え、前記ガラス層は非印字部分において遷移金属を含まず、前記磁性素体表面と前記ガラス層との界面付近の一部ガラス部分に印字部分として、遷移金属とBiを含む化合物とが存在する、印字付きの電子部品。
- 前記磁性素体表面と前記ガラス層の界面付近の一部ガラス部分には、Biが前記ガラス層の非印字部分より10%以上多く存在する請求項3記載の電子部品。
- 前記ガラス層が30μm以上の厚さである請求項3又は4記載の電子部品。
