Claims (7)
- 表示領域と、走査線駆動回路が存在する周辺領域とが配置した基板を有する表示装置であって、
前記走査線駆動回路は、クロック信号を供給するクロック配線群と電源を供給する第1の電源線を有する第1の配線群と、第2の電源線を有する第2の配線群と、各々が5個以上のトランジスタを有する複数の単位回路によって構成され、
前記複数の単位回路は、前記周辺領域において、平面で視て、前記第1の配線群と前記第2の配線群の間に存在し、
前記第2の配線群は、平面で視て、前記複数の単位回路と前記表示領域との間に存在し、
前記第1の電源線は、平面で視て、前記第1の配線群のうちで、前記複数の単位回路に最も近接し、
前記第2の電源線は、平面で視て、前記第2の配線群のうちで、前記複数の単位回路に最も近接し、
前記クロック配線群は、平面で視て、前記第1の電源線と前記基板の端部との間に存在し、
前記複数の単位回路は、お互いに隣り合う第1の単位回路と第2の単位回路を有し、
前記第1の単位回路と前記第2の単位回路は連結配線によって接続し、
前記連結配線は、平面で視て、前記第1の電源線と前記第2の電源線との間に存在し、
前記第1の単位回路と前記第2の単位回路とは、互いに第2の方向において隣接しており、前記第1の単位回路と前記第2の単位回路とは前記第2の方向と交差する方向である第1の方向に、互いにシフトしていることを特徴とする表示装置。 - コモン配線は、前記第2の配線群と前記表示領域との間に存在し、
前記第2の配線群は、リセット信号を前記複数の単位回路に供給するリセット線を有し、
前記リセット線は、平面で視て、前記第2の電源線と前記コモン配線との間に存在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1の電源線と前記第2の電源線との間に存在する前記第1の単位回路の前記第1の方向における第1の幅は、前記第1の電源線と、前記第2の電源線との間に存在する前記第2の単位回路の前記第1の方向における第2の幅と実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の単位回路の各々は、前記第1の配線群または前記第2の配線群と接続する接続配線群を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記クロック配線群の各々は、前記第1の方向に延在するX部分と、前記第1の方向とは異なる前記第2の方向に延在するY部分を有し、
前記第1の単位回路と前記クロック配線群のうちの第1のクロック配線とを接続する、前記接続配線群のうちの第1の接続配線は、前記第1のクロック配線のうち、前記第2の方向に延在するY部分と接続し、
前記第2の単位回路と前記クロック配線群のうちの第2のクロック配線とを接続する、前記接続配線群のうちの第2の接続配線は、前記第2のクロック配線のうち、前記第1の方向に延在するX部分と接続していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記クロック配線群のうちの第1のクロック配線は、前記第1の方向に延在するX部分を有し、かつ、前記第2の方向に延在するY部分を有し、
前記接続配線群のうちの第1の接続配線は、前記第1の方向に延在するX部分を有し、かつ、前記第2の方向に延在するY部分を有し、
前記第1の接続配線のY部分は、前記第1のクロック配線のY部分と接続し、前記第1の接続配線のX部分は、前記第1の単位回路と接続し、
前記第1の単位回路のトランジスタは、平面で視て、前記第1の接続配線と、前記連結配線との間に存在していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1の電源線の前記第1の方向の幅は、前記第2の電源線の前記第1の方向の幅よりも小さく、
前記コモン配線の前記第1の方向の幅は、前記第2の電源線の前記第1の方向の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
