Claims (13)
- ポンプロータ(12)と、
内燃機関(100)によって機械的に駆動可能な結合要素(14)と、
前記結合要素(14)と一緒に回転するように前記結合要素(14)と前記ポンプロータ(12)とのロックと前記ポンプロータ(12)からの前記結合要素(14)の解放と間で切り換え可能で且つ積極的なロックのクラッチ構成(30)と
を備え、
前記クラッチ構成(30)は、
前記ポンプロータ(12)又は前記結合要素(14)と一緒に回転するように前記ポンプロータ(12)又は前記結合要素(14)に接続される掛け金ホルダ(32)であって、少なくとも1つの径方向の掛け金ガイド(34)及び該掛け金ガイド(34)内で変位可能な掛け金本体(36)を有する、掛け金ホルダ(32)と、
前記掛け金ホルダ(32)に設けられ、軸線方向に変位可能なガイド本体(50)であって、軸線方向の面に対して傾斜された案内面(52)を備え、該案内面(52)を経て前記掛け金本体(36)がロック位置に強制的に押しやられる、ガイド本体(50)と、
前記結合要素(14)又は前記ポンプロータ(12)と一緒に回転するように前記結合要素(14)又は前記ポンプロータ(12)に接続されるキャッチ本体(40)であって、少なくとも1つの回転キャッチ窪み(42)を有し、ロック位置にて前記掛け金本体(36)が前記回転キャッチ窪み内に係合する、キャッチ本体(40)
と
を含む、自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。 - 前記ガイド本体(50)は円筒状の支承面(53)を備え、該支承面によって前記掛け金本体(36)がロック位置に止められている、請求項1に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記支承面は、前記案内面(52)に軸線方向に隣接している、請求項2に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ガイド本体(50)は予荷重要素(54)によってロック位置に機械的に予荷重されている、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記キャッチ窪み(42)は前記掛け金ガイド(34)の径方向外側に配置されている、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記掛け金本体(36)はボール(38)である、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記クラッチ構成(30)は液圧的に作動される、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ガイド本体(50)は、液圧シリンダ(57)内で軸線方向に変位すべく配置された液圧ピストン(56)を有し、前記液圧シリンダは前記掛け金ホルダ(32)と一緒に回転するように前記掛け金ホルダ(32)に割り振られている、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- ポンプハウジング(90)が備えられ、該ポンプハウジングは前記液圧シリンダ(57)に液圧的に接続された液圧的な制御ポート(60)を有する、請求項8に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記制御ポート(60)は、前記ポンプハウジング(90)と前記液圧シリンダ(57)を径方向に縁取る円筒体(16)との間の環状通路(63)に接続されている、請求項9に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(90)は、前記制御ポート(60)と前記ポンプロータ(12)との間の軸線方向に配置された別個の潤滑剤ポート(66)を有する、請求項9又は10に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 切り換え可能な制御弁(70)が備えられ、該制御弁はその解放状態において、解放を目的として前記制御ポート(60)に液圧的な液体の制御圧P1を伝達する、請求項11に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記制御弁(70)は前記潤滑剤ポート(66)に液圧的に接続され、解放状態にて、前記潤滑剤ポート(66)に大気圧P0を伝達する、請求項12に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
