Claims (5)
- 固定ポンプハウジング(14)内で回転可能に支持されたポンプロータ(16)と、前記ポンプロータ(16)と相対回転不能に結合された独立したポンプ側差込継手要素(20)とを備え、前記差込継手要素(20)の潤滑のための潤滑剤供給を有する自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)であって、
前記ポンプハウジング(14)内の固定潤滑剤供給路(22)であって、当該潤滑剤供給路を通じて、潤滑剤が、前記ポンプハウジング(14)の潤滑剤入口(24)から、継手装置(20)の方向に、送出開口(26)へ導かれる潤滑剤供給路(22)と、
前記ポンプロータ(16;16’)内の潤滑剤輸送路(30;30’)であって、当該潤滑剤輸送路を通じて、潤滑剤が、受領開口(28)から潤滑剤出口開口(32)へ導かれる潤滑剤輸送路(30;30’)と、
を備え、
前記送出開口(26)及び前記受領開口(28)は、前記ポンプロータ(16)の回転の間、少なくとも一時的に互いに流体連通するような態様で配置されており、
前記出口開口(32)は、前記ポンプロータ(16)の端壁(34)内に偏心して配置されている、自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。 - 前記出口開口(32)の偏心度(E)は、差込継手の端壁(36)の半径(R)の半分より大きい、請求項1に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- ポンプロータの端壁(34)及び差込継手の端壁(36)は、共通の横断面内に位置している、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記送出開口(26)及び前記受領開口(28)は、共通の円筒面内に位置している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
- 前記差込継手要素(20)は、固定ボルト(70)によって前記ポンプロータ(16)に保持されており、前記固定ボルト(70)は、前記ポンプロータ(16)の止まり穴(42)に固定されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用機械式真空ポンプ(10)。
