活塞56一体式地配有导引体50,活塞56能在液压缸57中轴向地移动。活塞56或者导引体50通过构造为螺旋弹簧的预紧元件54轴向地机械预紧到图1和图2所示的锁定位置中。液压缸57通过在缸体16中的径向的液压管路64液压式地供给,液压管路64通入缸体16的外圆周上的环通道63中。环通道63与泵壳体90上的液压控制接口60流体连接。
在泵转子12与缸体16之间的边界平面中设置另一个环通道68,该另一个环通道68与泵壳体90上的润滑接口66连接。控制接口60与润滑接口66通过相应的液压管路与控制阀70连接,在此该控制阀70构造为二位四通阀。
控制阀70通过电磁促动器114机械式地切换。然而备选地,促动器也可以是液压的或者气动的促动器。通过控制阀70可以使由润滑剂泵112产生的工作压力P1或者润滑剂罐110中现行的大气压力P0交替式地接通在控制接口60与润滑接口66上。控制阀70通过预紧元件71预紧在其于图1中示出的锁定位置中,使得在促动器114故障时液压缸57一直连接大气压力P0。
在图1和图2中所示的锁定状态中使处于工作压力P1的润滑剂施加在润滑接口66上,一方面使泵转子12润滑,另一方面使轴承91润滑,其中,润滑剂的主流在轴向上通过轴承91流向控制接口60。
在图3和图4所示的解锁状态中处于工作压力P1的润滑剂通过控制接口60馈送到液压缸57中,使导引体50移动到其解锁位置中,以此最终使连接元件14又与转子11断开转动连接。

Claims (12)

1.一种机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其具有
泵转子(12),
能通过内燃机(100)机械式地驱动的连接元件(14),和
能切换的形状配合式离合器装置(30),其用于在锁定状态中使连接元件(14)与所述泵转子(12)抗扭地锁定和用于在解锁状态中使连接元件(14)与所述泵转子(12)脱离,
其中,所述离合器装置(30)具有:
与所述泵转子(12)或者连接元件(14)抗扭地连接的锁定保持件(32),其具有至少一个径向的锁定导引装置(34)和具有能在所述锁定导引装置(34)中移动的锁定体(36),
与所述锁定保持件(32)配置的、能轴向移动的具有向轴线倾斜的导引面(52)的导引体(50),通过所述导引面(52)迫使所述锁定体(36)径向地到达锁定位置中,
与所述连接元件(14)或者所述泵转子(12)抗扭地连接的、具有至少一个转动的定位凹陷(42)的定位体(40),所述锁定体(36)在其锁定位置中嵌接到所述定位凹陷(42)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,在所述导引体(50)上配设圆柱形锁止面(53),通过所述锁止面(53)使所述锁定体(36)锁阻在所述锁定位置中并且所述锁止面(53)轴向地优选与所述导引面(52)邻接。
3.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述导引体(50)通过预紧元件(54)机械式地预紧到锁定位置中。
4.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述定位凹陷布置在所述锁定导引装置(34)的径向外部。
5.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述锁定体(36)是球体(38)。
6.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述离合器装置(30)液压式地运行。
7.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述导引体(50)具有液压的活塞(56),所述活塞(56)能轴向移动地布置在液压缸(57)中,所述液压缸(57)与所述锁定保持件(32)抗扭地配置。
8.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,配设泵壳体,所述泵壳体(90)具有液压的控制接口(60),所述控制接口(60)与所述液压缸(57)液压地连接。
9.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述控制接口(60)与在所述泵壳体(90)和缸体(16)之间的环通道(63)连接,所述环通道(63)径向地限制所述液压缸(57)。
10.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述泵壳体(90)具有单独的润滑接口(66),所述润滑接口(66)轴向地布置在所述控制接口(60)与所述泵转子(12)之间。
11.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,配设能切换的控制阀(70),所述控制阀(70)在其解锁状态中在所述控制接口(60)上接通用于解锁的液压液的控制压力P1。
12.按照前述权利要求之一所述的机械式的机动车真空泵(10),其中,所述控制阀(70)与所述润滑接口(66)液压式地连接,并且所述控制阀(70)在解锁状态中在所述润滑接口(66)上接通大气压力P0。
