Description
Claims (13)
- 内燃機関(100)、切り換え可能な機械式真空ポンプ(10)及び空圧式動力制動ユニット(20)からなる自動車ユニット(8)の配列において、
前記真空ポンプ(10)は、
容量式ポンプロータ(12)と、
前記内燃機関(100)によって機械的に駆動される結合要素(14)と、
液圧的な制御接続部(60)及び結合構成(30)であって、該結合構成がロック状態にて前記結合要素(14)と前記ポンプロータ(12)とを互いに回転不能にロックし且つアンロック状態にて前記ポンプロータ(12)から前記結合要素(14)をアンロックするために前記制御接続部(60)を通じて液圧的に切り換え可能である、液圧的な制御接続部(60)及び結合構成(30)と
を備え、
前記動力制動ユニット(20)は、
前記真空ポンプ(10)の吸い込み接続部(96)に真空ライン(21)を通じて接続された負圧室(22)と、
制御圧P1の液圧流体を送り出すべく設けられた液圧ポンプ(112)と、
アンロック状態にて、アンロックのために前記制御接続部(60)の圧力を前記液圧流体の制御圧P1に切り換える切換可能な制御弁(70)と
を有し、
前記制御弁(70)は、
前記負圧室(22)の圧力Pに基づいて作動され、前記負圧室(22)内の圧力Pが閾圧PSよりも強ければ前記制御接続部(60)の圧力を前記制御圧P1に切り換えて前記制御弁(70)をアンロック状態に切り換える、空圧アクチュエータ(24)を有し、
前記結合構成(30)は形状的に嵌合する結合形態をなしている、自動車ユニット(8)の配列。 - 前記液圧ポンプ(112)は前記内燃機関(100)に潤滑剤の形態の液圧流体を供給する潤滑剤ポンプである、請求項1に記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記制御弁(70)にはロック状態に向けて予荷重要素(71)による予荷重が付与されている、請求項1又は2に記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記制御弁(70)は、ロック状態にあるとき、前記制御接続部(60)の圧力を大気圧P0に切り換える、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- ポンプハウジング(90)は、前記制御接続部(60)と前記ポンプロータ(12)との間での軸線方向に配置された潤滑接続部(66)を有し、
前記制御弁(70)は前記潤滑接続部(66)に液圧的に接続され、アンロック状態にて前記潤滑接続部(66)の圧力を大気圧P0に切り換える、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。 - 前記結合構成(30)は、
前記ポンプロータ(12)又は前記結合要素(14)に互いに回転不能にして連結され、少なくとも1つの径方向の閂ガイド(34)及び該閂ガイド(34)内で変位可能な閂本体(36)を有する閂ホルダ(32)と、
前記閂ホルダと提携し且つ軸線方向に変位可能なガイド本体(50)であって、軸線方向に対して傾斜し且つ前記閂本体(36)を径方向に沿いロック位置に押しやる案内面(52)を有する、ガイド本体(50)と、
前記結合要素(14)又は前記ポンプロータ(12)に互いに回転不能にして連結されたトラップ本体(40)であって、前記閂本体(36)がロック位置にて係合する少なくとも1つの回転トラップ窪み(42)を有する、トラップ本体(40)と
を有する、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。 - 前記ガイド本体(50)には円筒状のブロック面(53)が設けられ、該ブロック面(53)は前記閂本体のロック位置にて前記閂本体(36)をブロックし、前記案内面(52)と軸線方向に隣接している、請求項6に記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記ガイド本体(50)にはロック位置に向けて予荷重要素(54)による予荷重が機械的に付与されている、請求項6又は7に記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記トラップ窪み(42)は前記閂ガイド(34)の径方向外側に配置されている、請求項6〜8の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記閂本体(36)は球体(38)である、請求項6〜9の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記ガイド本体(50)は液圧ピストン(56)を有し、該液圧ピストン(56)は前記閂ホルダ(32)と互いに回転不能にして提携する液圧シリンダ(57)内にて軸線方向に変位可能に配置されている、請求項6〜10の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- ポンプハウジング(90)が備えられ、該ポンプハウジング(90)は前記液圧シリンダ(57)に液圧的に接続された液圧的な制御接続部(60)有する、請求項6〜11の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
- 前記制御接続部(60)は前記ポンプハウジング(90)と前記液圧シリンダ(57)を径方向に縁取る円筒体(16)との間の環状通路(63)に接続されている、請求項6〜12の何れかに記載の自動車ユニット(8)の配列。
