Description
チャンバ;前記チャンバの一側に形成され、開閉可能なドアキャップ;前記チャンバの他側に形成された真空キャップ;前記チャンバの内周面から離隔して形成され、加工対象物の投入及び排出のために開閉可能なバスケットドアが形成されたバスケット;前記チャンバの内部の真空状態を調節する真空調節手段;前記バスケットと軸連結されて前記バスケットを回転させる駆動モータ;及び前記チャンバの内部に前記バスケットと離隔して形成されたヒーターを含む。
真空ポンプによって簡便に具現できる負圧の真空状態でコーヒー豆などを焦げないように焙煎することができ、焙煎する間に発生し得るガスは、真空ポンプの吸入力によって吸入された後、ウォータトラップに凝縮貯蔵されるので、不快なガスの発生を最小化することができ、ヒーターによって焙煎される温度を精密に調整することができる効果がある。

Claims (2)
- チャンバと、
前記チャンバの一側に形成され、開閉可能なドアキャップと、
前記チャンバの他側に形成された真空キャップと、
前記チャンバの内周面から離隔して形成され、加工対象物の投入及び排出のために開閉可能なバスケットドアが形成されたバスケットであって、その外周面に、1〜10mmの直径を有するとともに、加工対象物が焙煎される間に生成される加工対象物の副産物を排出可能な排出孔が形成され、かつ、その下部に、前記排出孔を介して排出された加工対象物の副産物が溜まるダストボックスが形成されるバスケットと、
前記チャンバの内部の底面に形成され、前記バスケットを支持する支持フレームであって、前記支持フレーム上に、前記バスケットの回転をサポートするアイドルローラーが形成される支持フレームと、
前記バスケットの外側にある前記チャンバの内部空間に接続され、前記排出孔を介して前記バスケット内の空気を吸引するとともに、前記バスケットの外側にある前記チャンバの内部空間の空気を吸引して、前記チャンバの内部全体の真空状態を調節する真空調節手段と、
前記バスケットと軸連結されて前記バスケットを回転させる駆動モータと、
前記チャンバの内部に前記バスケットと離隔して形成されたヒーターと、
前記バスケットの外側にある前記チャンバの内部に形成され、前記チャンバの内部で発生したガス中に含まれた微細な埃を除去するフィルターとを含み、
前記真空調節手段は、
前記チャンバの内部の空気を吸入する真空ポンプと、
前記真空ポンプの吸入によって流動する空気の流動経路上に形成され、吸入された空気内に含まれた水分を凝縮させて捕集するウォータトラップと、
前記流動経路上に形成されて前記チャンバの内部の真空圧を測定する真空ゲージと
前記流動経路を延ばすためにコイル状に形成され、前記流動経路を流動する空気を冷却させるクーリングコイルとを含むことを特徴とする、真空式ロースター。 - 前記チャンバは、その断面が円形である円筒状のチャンバであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空式ロースター。
