Description
図1は、本実施形態の定電流充電装置のブロック図である。
定電流充電装置100は、DC−DCコンバータなどの電源回路103と、定電流発生回路102と、分圧回路109と、基準電圧発生回路108と、充電完了電圧検出器106と、電池電圧低下検出器107と、アップダウンカウンタ105と、を備える。
図2は、本実施形態の定電流充電における充電電流及び電池電圧を示す図である。本実施形態の定電流充電装置は、充電電流のステップ数Nを5とする。
定電流充電装置200は、更に、充電完了電圧検出器106の出力端子とアップダウンカウンタ105の入力端子の間に遅延回路110を、電池電圧低下検出器107の出力端子とアップダウンカウンタ105の入力端子の間に遅延回路111を備えている。遅延回路110は、充電完了電圧検出器106の出力する検出信号を所定の時間遅延させ、アップダウンカウンタ105に入力する。遅延回路110は、電池電圧低下検出器107の出力する検出信号を所定の時間遅延させ、アップダウンカウンタ105に入力する。

Claims (4)
- 二次電池の電圧が所定の充電完了電圧に達したことを検出する充電完了電圧検出器と、
前記充電完了電圧より低い検出電圧で前記二次電池の電圧の低下を検出する電池電圧低下検出器と、
前記充電完了電圧検出器の検出信号を受けるとデータを加算(減算)し、前記電池電圧低下検出器の検出信号を受けると前記データを減算(加算)し、前記データを出力するアップダウンカウンタと、
前記アップダウンカウンタの出力する前記データを受けて、前記データが増加(減少)すると前記二次電池への充電電流を減少させ、前記データが減少(増加)すると前記二次電池への充電電流を増加させる定電流発生回路と、
を備えたことを特徴とする定電流充電装置。 - 前記充電完了電圧検出器の出力端子と前記アップダウンカウンタの入力端子の間に設けられた第一遅延回路と、
前記電池電圧低下検出器の出力端子と前記アップダウンカウンタの入力端子の間に設けられた第二遅延回路と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定電流充電装置。 - 前記第一遅延回路の遅延時間は、前記第二遅延回路の遅延時間よりも長い
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の定電流充電装置。 - 前記電池電圧低下検出器は、前記アップダウンカウンタのデータに応じて前記検出電圧を変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の定電流充電装置。
