Claims (18)
- 液状媒体を液滴形状で調量する調量装置(30)を監視するための装置であって、
その上面に、調量位置における前記調量装置(30)によって液滴が塗布され得る液滴受容要素(12)と、
前記液滴受容要素(12)上の液滴の液滴直径を決定するための画像取込及び評価装置(25、26)と、
前記液滴の重量を決定するための計量器(40)と、
を含み、
前記画像取込及び評価装置(25、26)を用いて、前記液滴受容要素(12)上に存在する液滴の画像と、調量位置における前記調量装置(30)の画像とが、同時に検出可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記液滴受容要素(12)が、前記装置内を移動できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液滴受容要素(12)が、透明又は半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記液滴受容要素(12)が、テープ状に構成されており、ホイルテープ又はフィルムテープを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液滴受容要素(12)が、繰り出し及び巻き取り機構(14、16)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像取込及び評価装置(25)が、唯一の画像検出器(26)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像取込及び評価装置(25)が、画像検出器(26)を有しており、前記画像検出器の光軸(OA)は、前記液滴受容要素(12)への垂線(L)と角度(α)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像取込及び評価装置(25)が、画像検出器(26)を有しており、前記画像検出器は、前記液滴受容要素(12)の底面の画像を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像取込及び評価装置(25、26)が、鏡(34)を有しており、それによって、前記液滴受容要素(12)の上側で、その調量位置に存在する調量装置(30、32)の画像が検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記計量器が圧電素子(40)を有しており、前記圧電素子は、前記液滴受容要素(12)の下に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液滴受容要素(12)が、前記圧電素子(40)に面で載置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記計量器が、前記圧電素子(40)の共鳴曲線の分析を通じて、液滴の重量を算定することを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 前記画像取込及び評価装置(25、26)を用いて、前記液滴受容要素(12)上の液滴の位置が決定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像取込及び評価装置(25、26)が、前記調量装置(30)の制御のためのインターフェースを有しており、前記画像取込及び評価装置(25、26)によって、前記調量装置(30)の調量位置及び/又は調量の量が変更可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記調量装置(30)のために、繰り出し要素(52)の上側に誘導される浄化テープ(50)を備えた浄化モジュール(10’)を有しており、前記繰り出し要素(52)は、球状の繰り出し面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記繰り出し面が、部分的に球状に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記調量装置(30)のために、真空チャンバ(60)を備えた浄化モジュール(10”)を有しており、前記真空チャンバは、シール要素(64)が設けられた流入開口部(62)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記シール要素(64)が、環状ビード(66)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置。
