Description
・磁気的に吸引可能な多数の素子を収容する供給チャンバと、
・磁気的に吸引可能なそれぞれの素子の断面に対応し、かつ磁気的に吸引可能な余剰の素子をはぎ取ることを目的としたアパーチャを有する第1シケインと、
・入口を有し、かつ磁気的に吸引可能な素子を収容する断面を有し、前記断面が、磁気的に吸引可能なそれぞれの素子の断面に対応するチャネルと、
・チャネルに接続され、かつ内部断面が、磁気的に吸引可能なそれぞれの素子の断面に対応するホースと、
を同様に含む、磁気的に吸引可能な棒状又は球状素子を分離する装置であって、棒状又は球状物体を分離する本発明による装置が、ホースの端部に締め付けられる装置にも関する。

Claims (16)
- ボア(24)を有するレバー(14)を備え、棒状又は球状物体を分離する装置(1)であって、
前記ボア(24)が1つの棒状又は球状物体を収容できるように構成され、
かつ前記ボア(24)が、前記レバー(14)の第1位置で入口開口部の下に配設され、かつ前記レバー(14)の第2位置で出口開口部(32)の上に配設され、前記レバー(14)が、第2位置で前記入口開口部を閉塞し、
前記レバー(14)が、前記装置(1)に揺動自在に取り付けられ、かつ前記装置(1)が、前記レバー(14)の第1位置で、前記入口開口部の下に前記ボア(24)をセンタリングする第1センタリング手段を有し、
前記レバー(14)が、前記装置(1)に揺動自在に取り付けられ、かつ前記装置(1)が、前記レバー(14)の第2位置で、前記出口開口部(32)の上に前記ボア(24)をセンタリングする第2センタリング手段を有し、
それぞれのセンタリング手段が、
前記レバー(14)の前記ボア(24)の周りに配設される円柱形の隆起部(36、38)と、
それぞれの開口部の周りに配設されるくさび形のくぼみ(26、34)とを有する装置(1)。 - 前記隆起部(36、38)が、それぞれの開口部を囲い込む円柱形スリーブ(2、30)の延長である請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ボア(24)の中心点と、前記くぼみ(26、34)の2つの縁部の間の距離は、前記隆起部(36、38)の半径に相当する請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記レバー(14)に作用する磁気作動手段(20)を含む請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記入口開口部の上に配設された充填レベルセンサを含む請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記出口開口部(32)の下に配設され、かつ棒状又は球状物体の通過を検知するセンサを含む請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 磁気的に吸引可能な棒状又は球状撹拌素子を分離する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 自動分析器内で、磁気的に吸引可能な棒状又は球状撹拌素子を分離する請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置(1)の使用方法。
- 所定の移動経路に沿って移動でき、かつ裏側に固定された少なくとも1つの永久磁石(40)を有する平面を含み、かつ移動経路に沿って配設され、かつ表面と接触する次の部分:
・磁気的に吸引可能な多数の素子を収容する供給チャンバ(201)と、
・磁気的に吸引可能なそれぞれの素子の断面に対応し、かつ磁気的に吸引可能な余剰の素子をはぎ取ることを目的としたアパーチャを有する第1シケイン(280)と、
・入口(320)を有し、かつ磁気的に吸引可能な素子を収容する断面を有し、前記断面が、磁気的に吸引可能なそれぞれの素子の断面に対応するチャネル(300)と、
・前記チャネル(300)に接続され、かつ内部断面が、磁気的に吸引可能なそれぞれの素子の断面に対応するホース(360)と、を同様に含む、磁気的に吸引可能な棒状又は球状素子を分離する装置であって、
請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置(1)が、前記ホース(360)の端部に固定されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ホース(360)の配向が、重力(G)方向の方向成分を有する請求項9に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記移動経路が、円形経路であり、前記平面及び前記円形経路は、単一平面内に位置し、かつ前記永久磁石(40)の極が、接線方向に配向される請求項9又は10に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記平面が、円形プレート(200)の一部である請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の装置(100)。
- 前記円形プレート(200)が、その裏側に複数の永久磁石(40)を円形経路上に有する請求項12に記載の装置(100)。
- 表面と接触し、前記供給チャンバ(201)と第1シケイン(280)の間の移動経路の途中に配設され、かつ前記第1シケイン(280)よりも大きいアパーチャを有する第2シケイン(260)を備えた請求項9から13のいずれかに記載の装置(100)。
- 自動分析器内で、磁気的に吸引可能な球状又は棒状撹拌素子を分離する請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の装置(100)の使用方法。
- 請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の装置(100)と、複数の磁気的に吸引可能な棒状又は球状素子と、を有する自動分析器。
