前記異種素材接合装置を利用して複合素材と金属材とを接合する異種素材接合方法であって、
(a)金属材と、接合地点に接合孔を形成した複合素材を提供し、
(b)相互に重なった複合素材と金属材とを下部ツールに位置させ、その下部ツールで複合素材の接合地点を支持し、
(c)上部ツールを前進移動させて金属材の接合地点を加圧し、
(d)レーザーヘッドを通じてレーザービームを金属材の接合地点に照射して溶融部を形成し、
(e)下部ツールを通じて空気を吸入して前記溶融部を複合素材の接合孔に流入させ、
(f)前記下部ツールを通じて前記溶融部を冷却させ、前記溶融部により前記複合素材と金属材とを接合することを特徴とする異種素材接合方法。 - 前記(d)過程において、
前記上部ツールに冷却水を流通させて前記金属材の接合地点で前記溶融部の周辺を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異種素材接合方法。 - 前記(f)過程において、
前記下部ツールに冷却水を流通させて前記溶融部を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異種素材接合方法。 - 前記(e)過程において、
前記金属材の接合地点の母材損失部位に溶加材を充填することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異種素材接合方法。 - 前記(f)過程において、
前記溶融部が冷却および収縮しながら前記複合素材と金属材とを結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異種素材接合方法。 - 前記複合素材として炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP:Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異種素材接合方法。
