Description
固有粘度が0.70〜0.95dL/gであるポリエステル及び原糸繊維固形分対比1〜20重量%の多重層状構造を有する燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子を混合してマスターバッチチップを製造するステップと、
前記マスターバッチチップを一般ポリエステルチップと混合した後、250〜270℃で溶融させて溶融重合物を製造するステップと、及び
前記溶融重合物を異形断面形状の紡糸口金を介して紡糸温度285〜315℃で紡糸速度2500〜4000m/minで延伸比を調節して溶融紡糸するステップと、を含む消臭性及び吸汗速乾性を有する機能性原糸の製造方法に関する。
直径が1.0μmであり、多重層状構造を有する燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子2kgと固有粘度0.8dL/gのポリエステル樹脂の各8kgとを混合して、燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子が20重量%含有されたマスターバッチチップを製造した。マスターバッチチップの製造時に燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子の分散性を高めるために、燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子とポリエステル樹脂とを回転混合機で混合し、2軸押出機に投入して製造したし、フィルタは200メッシュのものを使用した。得られたマスターバッチチップを原糸繊維固形分に対して、燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子の含量が0.5重量%になるように一般ポリエステルチップと混合して265〜270℃で溶融させ、溶融重合物を製造した。
原糸繊維固形分に対して、燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子の含量が1重量%になるように調節したことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で機能性原糸を製造した。
原糸繊維固形分に対して、燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子の含量が2重量%になるように調節したことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で機能性原糸を製造した。
多重層状構造を有する燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子ではない燐酸ジルコニウム粒子を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で機能性原糸を製造した。
紡糸時の糸切れ回数に基づいて、紡糸作業性を評価した。
糸切れが1回/日(day)未満の場合、優秀と判定し、1〜3回/日の場合、普通と判定し、3回/日超過の場合、不良と判定した。
下記の式によって消臭機能性を評価した。
{(空試験残存ガス濃度−実施例または比較例の残存ガス濃度)/空試験残存ガス濃度}×100
同一時間において、最初の試料重量に対して吸収した後に増加した試料重量を重量%で示した。
原糸を一定の張力と速度で銅糸を通らして、銅糸が切れる時の通った距離で判断した。

- 固有粘度が0.70〜0.95dL/gであるポリエステル及び原糸繊維固形分対比1〜20重量%の多重層状構造を有する燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子を混合してマスターバッチチップを製造するステップと、
前記マスターバッチチップを一般ポリエステルチップと混合した後、250〜270℃で溶融させて溶融重合物を製造するステップと、
前記溶融重合物を異形断面形状の紡糸口金を介して紡糸温度285〜315℃で紡糸速度2500〜4000m/minに延伸比を調節して溶融紡糸するステップと、を含み、
前記燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子は、燐酸ジルコニウム単一層が数十〜数百層重なっている形態であって、モース硬度が4〜6であって、
前記多重層状構造の隣接した層の間に多数の水素原子が結合されたことを特徴とする、
消臭性及び吸汗速乾性を有する機能性原糸の製造方法。 - 前記燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子の直径は、0.1〜2.0μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の消臭性及び吸汗速乾性を有する機能性原糸の製造方法。
- 前記溶融重合物を製造するステップは、原糸繊維固形分に対して、燐酸ジルコニウム無機微粒子の含量が0.1〜3重量%になるように前記マスターバッチチップと一般ポリエステルチップとを混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の消臭性及び吸汗速乾性を有する機能性原糸の製造方法。
- 前記異形断面形状の紡糸口金の断面形状は、クローバ型または十字型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の消臭性及び吸汗速乾性を有する機能性原糸の製造方法。
