Claims (20)
- 単一の導管を通じて移動する食品を、熱交換器アレイの異なる枝管へとそれぞれ入る少なくとも2つの製品流へと分割する工程であって、各枝管への流量は、他の枝管に対して同じである、工程を含み、前記アレイの各枝管は、前記アレイ内に固定配置された外側シェルと、前記外側シェル内に配置された中央管とを含む管状同心熱交換器を有し、前記食品は、前記外側シェルと前記中央管の間に形成された環状部に案内され、熱交換媒体が、前記中央管を通じて案内されるとともに、前記外側シェルの内部に案内される、食品を加工する方法。
- 前記食品が前記アレイの前記枝管を出るときに、成形又は切断装置に前記食品を供給する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記食品を分割する入口マニホールドを加熱する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中央管は、前記外側シェルから取り外し可能であるアセンブリに接続される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中央管及び前記アセンブリを前記アレイの前記枝管の端部から取り出す工程、前記中央管及び前記アセンブリの構成を変更する工程、並びに構成を変更した前記中央管及び前記アセンブリを前記アレイの前記枝管の前記端部へと再挿入する工程によって、前記熱交換器の1つを再構成し、前記アレイを含むシステムの構成を変更する工程を更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記中央管及び前記アセンブリの構成を変更する工程は、向流熱交換流を並流熱交換流に変更する工程、インライン計装装置を追加する工程、インライン計装装置を取り除く工程、前記中央管を異なる直径を有する別の中央管と交換する工程、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される動作を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換媒体を、前記管状同心熱交換器それぞれの前記中央管を通じて案内するとともに、前記外側シェルの内部に案内する工程を更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記食品が前記アレイの前記枝管から出るときに、前記食品をある形状に形成する工程を更に含み、前記枝管の少なくとも1つが、他の枝管に対して前記食品を異なる形状に形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 直径を有する単一の導管から、熱交換器アレイの少なくとも2つの枝管へと食品を案内する入口マニホールドを含み、前記アレイの前記枝管のそれぞれは、他の枝管と等しく前記単一の導管の前記直径よりも小さい直径を有し、前記アレイの各枝管は、前記アレイ内に固定配置された外側シェルと、前記外側シェル内に配置された中央管とを含む管状同心熱交換器を有し、前記食品は、前記外側シェルと前記中央管の間に形成された環状部に案内され、熱交換媒体が、前記中央管を通じて案内されるとともに、前記外側シェルの内部に案内される、システム。
- 前記管状同心熱交換器はそれぞれ、前記中央管によってコア出口アセンブリに接続されたコア入口アセンブリを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記アレイの前記枝管はそれぞれ、各枝管の入口から出口へと直列に配置された第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器を含み、これにより、各枝管の前記第1熱交換器及び前記第2熱交換器は前記食品のための連続的な経路を形成し、前記第2熱交換器は、前記第1熱交換器よりも大きな断面積を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記単一の導管の上流にあり、前記食品を形成する乳化装置を更に含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記乳化装置と前記入口マニホールドとの間に配置された容積型ポンプを更に含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記入口マニホールドは、前記単一の導管からの前記食品を少なくとも2つの製品流へと分割する一次入口マニホールドを含み、前記入口マニホールドは、前記入口マニホールドと前記アレイとの間に配置され、前記製品流を少なくとも2つの製品流へと更に分割する二次マニホールドを更に含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器アレイの出口に直接取り付けられ、前記入口マニホールドとは反対側の、前記アレイの端部に配置された、成形又は切断装置を更に含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 単一の導管から熱交換器アレイの少なくとも2つの枝管へと食品を案内する工程と、前記枝管それぞれにおける熱交換のパラメータを個別に制御する工程とを含み、前記アレイの各枝管は、前記アレイ内に固定配置された外側シェルと、前記外側シェル内に配置された中央管とを含む管状同心熱交換器を有し、前記食品は、前記外側シェルと前記中央管の間に形成された環状部に案内され、熱交換媒体が、前記中央管を通じて案内されるとともに、前記外側シェルの内部に案内される、食品を加工する方法。
- 前記アレイ内の弁を個別に制御する工程を含み、前記アレイの前記枝管はそれぞれ、各枝管の入口から出口へと直列に配置された第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器を含み、前記弁は、前記枝管それぞれの入口及び出口に配置される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 熱交換媒体の流量、熱交換媒体の温度、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるパラメータを、前記熱交換器を通る製品の流量に応じて、前記アレイの熱交換器内において自動的に調節する工程を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記枝管それぞれにおける前記パラメータは、前記枝管それぞれにおけるインライン計装装置からの測定値に応じて、自動的かつ個別に制御される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記測定値は、圧力、温度、流量、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項19に記載の方法。
