Description
本実施形態に係る樹脂組成物は、充填剤と、発泡剤と、ラウリン酸亜鉛と、共重合体の単量体成分としてメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)及びメタクリル酸ブチル(BMA)を含む共重合体と、を含む。
本実施形態に係る樹脂シートは、上記本実施形態に係る樹脂組成物から形成されるものである。本実施形態に係る樹脂シートは、例えば、上記本実施形態に係る樹脂組成物を押出製膜して得ることができる。
本実施形態に係る積層シートは、基材と、基材上に設けられた上記樹脂シートと、を備える。当該積層シートは、樹脂シートを、基材上にラミネートして得ることができる。ラミネートの方法としては、特に限定されるものではないが、樹脂シートと基材とを、熱プレス機等を用いて熱圧着を行う方法、過熱蒸気を用いて圧着を行う方法等が挙げられる。過熱蒸気を用いて圧着を行う方法によれば、過熱蒸気によってシート状物の表面の溶融状態を保ったまま基材上へラミネートすることが可能となり、そのレベリング効果によって、密着させる基材の表面の凹凸が樹脂シートに転写されることを抑制することができる。また、樹脂シートがシラン架橋性樹脂を含む場合は、過熱蒸気によってシラン架橋性樹脂を効率よく架橋させることができる。
本実施形態に係る発泡壁紙は、基材と、基材上に設けられた発泡樹脂層と、を備える。このような発泡壁紙は、例えば、上述した樹脂シートを、基材上にラミネートして積層シートを得る工程と、上記樹脂シートに含まれる発泡剤を発泡させることにより、発泡樹脂層を形成する工程と、を備える、製造方法によって得ることができる。
(実施例1〜10、比較例1〜3)
コートハンガータイプのマニュホールドを有するTダイを用いて、スクリュー径(D)65mm、L/D=32のバリアタイプスクリューを用い、表1及び表2に示される組成(表中の数値は質量部を示す)を有する樹脂組成物を、押出温度125℃、吐出量25kg/h、厚み100μmで製膜し、樹脂シートをそれぞれ得た。
樹脂A:ノバテックLD LC802A(日本ポリエチレン株式会社製、商品名、密度=0.917g/cm3、MFR=27)
樹脂B:カーネル KJ−640T(日本ポリエチレン株式会社製、商品名、密度=0.880g/cm3、MFR=30)
樹脂C:プライムTPO Y2045GP(プライムポリマー製、商品名、密度0.900g/cm3、MFR=24)
充填剤A:ソフトン1000(備北粉化工業製、商品名、50%平均粒径2.2μm)
充填剤B:タイペークCR−60−2(石原産業製、商品名、50%平均粒径0.21μm)
発泡助剤B:Zn−St(日東化成工業製、商品名、ステアリン酸亜鉛)
添加剤B:メタブレンA3000(三菱レーヨン製、商品名、PTFEとメタクリル酸エステル・アクリル酸エステルの共重合体との混合物)
添加剤C:TAIC(日本化成製、商品名)
下記の方法に従い、Tダイ吐出部への異物(目ヤニ)の付着、押出安定性、インキの密着性及びにじみ、並びに発泡倍率を評価した。評価結果を表3及び表4に示す。
樹脂組成物に対し、吐出量25kg/hのスクリュー回転数のまま、60分間の連続押出を実施し、Tダイ吐出部への異物の付着を目視確認し、以下の基準に基づき評価した。○又は△であれば、異物の付着が少ないものと評価できる。
○:ほとんど異物は確認できない。
△:わずかに異物の付着が確認できる。
×:はっきりと異物の付着が確認できる。
押出製膜して得られた樹脂シートの幅方向の同一位置において、製膜方向に向かって50mmピッチで30点の厚み測定を行い、測定値の標準偏差を算出した。
上記木目柄を印刷し、乾燥させた積層シートを目視確認し、以下の基準に基づきインキのにじみを評価した。○又は△であれば、インキのにじみが少ないものと評価できる。
○:インキのにじみがほとんど確認できない。
△:わずかにインキのにじみが確認できる。
×:明らかなインキのにじみが確認できる。
◎:インキの剥離なし。
○:インキの剥離が10%以下。
△:インキの剥離が10%より大きく50%以下。
×:インキの剥離が50%より大きい。
発泡前の乾燥発泡樹脂層の厚さ(a)を測定し、これを初期値とした。次に発泡炉にて発泡した後の発泡壁紙の発泡樹脂層の厚さ(b)を測定し、(b)/(a)を発泡倍率として算出した。
Claims (7)
- 基材と、該基材上に設けられた発泡樹脂層と、を備える発泡壁紙の前記発泡樹脂層を形成するための樹脂組成物であって、
樹脂分と、充填剤と、発泡剤と、ラウリン酸亜鉛と、共重合体の単量体成分としてメタクリル酸メチル及びメタクリル酸ブチルを含む共重合体と、を含み、
前記樹脂分が、エチレン単独重合体、エチレンと他のオレフィンとの共重合体及びこれら以外のポリオレフィン樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記メタクリル酸メチル及びメタクリル酸ブチルを含む共重合体の含有量が、前記樹脂分100質量部に対して、0.1〜10質量部である、樹脂組成物。 - 前記樹脂分が、前記エチレン単独重合体としての、密度0.91g/cm3以上0.94g/cm3以下の低密度ポリエチレンを少なくとも含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂分が、前記エチレンと他のオレフィンとの共重合体としての、密度0.88g/cm3以上0.91g/cm3未満の超低密度ポリエチレンを更に含む、請求項2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物を押出製膜して得られる、樹脂シート。
- 架橋処理が施されている、請求項4に記載の樹脂シート。
- 基材と、該基材上に設けられた、請求項4又は5に記載の樹脂シートと、を備える、積層シート。
- 基材と、該基材上に設けられた発泡樹脂層と、を備える発泡壁紙であって、
請求項6に記載の積層シートにおける前記樹脂シートに含まれる発泡剤を発泡させて得られる、発泡壁紙。
