Claims (4)
- 車両の周囲状況を検知するレーダユニットの電波の経路上に配置されるレーダカバーであって、
樹脂からなる板状の透明部材と、前記透明部材の背面に接合されると共に前記透明部材を支持する支持部材とを備え、
前記透明部材の外縁部に、当該外縁部から前記透明部材の中央部に向けて窪むと共に前記外縁部に沿った方向と直交する断面の形状が異なる第1凹部と第2凹部とが前記外縁部に沿った方向に連続的に設けられ、
前記第1凹部の前記外縁部から前記中央部に向かう方向における底部と、前記第2凹部の前記外縁部から前記中央部に向かう方向における底部とは、前記透明部材の表面の面直方向から見て直線状に連結されている
ことを特徴とするレーダカバー。 - 前記第1凹部は、前記透明部材の背面側に開放された前記断面の形状がL型の凹部であり、
前記第2凹部は、前記透明部材の背面側に前記中央部から前記外縁部に突出する突出部を有する前記断面の形状がJ型の凹部である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダカバー。 - 前記第1凹部は、前記外縁部に沿った方向にて離散的に複数箇所に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のレーダカバー。
- 前記第1凹部及び前記第2凹部の内壁面に形成された有色層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載のレーダカバー。
