Description

Claims (14)
- アイロンがけプレートと、
前記アイロンがけプレートの上に塗布された複合コーティングと、
を有し、前記複合コーティングは、
109オームより大きな表面抵抗を持つ、前記アイロンがけプレート上の誘電体層と、
アイロンがけの間に衣類又は布に接触するための、及び前記アイロンがけプレートに直接接触するための、前記誘電体層上に配置された静電気消散層と、
を有し、前記静電気消散層は、109オームよりも小さな表面抵抗を持ち、それにより、前記静電気消散層がない場合における前記アイロンがけプレートを通る前記誘電体層からの電荷の消散に比べて、アイロンがけの間に前記静電気消散層に発生した静電気が、前記アイロンがけプレートを通り前記静電気消散層から容易に消散させられる、被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。 - 前記誘電体層は、前記アイロンがけプレート上にある、請求項1に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記誘電体層は、有機−無機混合高分子、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、有機−無機混合高分子及び磁器エナメル層並びにこれらのいずれかの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記静電気消散層は、1つ以上の適切な金属酸化物を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記1つ以上の適切な金属酸化物は、透明な導電性金属酸化物である、請求項4に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記1つ以上の適切な金属酸化物は、酸化錫、アンチモンドープ酸化錫、酸化亜鉛、アルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛、インジウム錫酸化物、酸化インジウム、酸化カドミウム、カドミウム錫酸化物、及びインジウムドープ酸化カドミウムから成る群から選択される、請求項4又は5に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記アイロンがけプレートは、アルミニウム及びステンレス鋼のうち一方を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記静電気消散層は、前記アイロンがけプレートの1つ以上の端部と直接に接触する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。
- 前記アイロンがけプレートは、壁部によって定義された蒸気孔を有し、
前記静電気消散層は、前記蒸気孔を定義する前記壁部と直接に接触する、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレート。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたアイロンがけプレートを有する、衣類を処置するための電気機器。
- 被覆されたアイロンがけプレートを形成する方法であって、
アイロンがけプレートを備えるステップと、
前記アイロンがけプレート上に、109オームより大きな表面抵抗を持つ誘電体層を形成するステップと、
前記誘電体層上に、アイロンがけの間に衣類又は布に接触するための、及び前記アイロンがけプレートに直接接触するための、静電気消散層を形成するステップと、
を有し、前記静電気消散層は、109オームよりも小さな表面抵抗を持ち、それにより、前記静電気消散層がない場合における前記アイロンがけプレートを通る前記誘電体層からの電荷の消散に比べて、アイロンがけの間の前記静電気消散層に発生した静電気が、前記アイロンがけプレートを通り前記静電気消散層から容易に消散させられる、方法。 - 前記誘電体層を形成するステップは、スプレー被覆によって前記アイロンがけプレート上に誘電材料を塗布するステップを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記静電気消散層を形成するステップは、前記誘電体層によって被覆されていない前記アイロンがけプレートに静電気消散材料を塗布するステップを有する、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記静電気消散層を形成するステップは、前記誘電体層に静電気消散材料を塗布し、前記誘電体層によって被覆されていない前記アイロンがけプレートに静電気消散材料が広がることを可能とするステップを有する、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
