Abstract
本发明提供一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,由底粉、改性导电炭黑母料及气凝胶颗粒按照如下比例进行干混制成,所述防静电粉末涂料的质量百分比如下:底粉80%‑90%;改性导电炭黑母料5%‑10%;气凝胶颗粒5%‑10%。本发明所提供的防静电粉末涂料通过静电喷涂在电子设备的集装箱或外壳、对静电放电敏感的设备及家电设备的表面,形成保护层,该保护层黏结好、不脱落、不龟裂,同时可起到有效的防静电保护作用,另外,该保护层具有超强的耐高温的性能,则可确保电子设备在高温环境下可正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末。
背景技术
静电是两种物质紧密接触后再分离时,一种物质把电子传给另一种物质而带正电,另一种物质得到电子而带负电产生的。静电电量虽然不大,但因其电压很高,容易发生放电而产生静电火花引起爆炸,且静电还会对电子设备的正常运行造成影响。
抗静电粉末涂料即低电阻粉末涂料,是指具有一定传导电流和消除静电的功能性涂料,具有电磁屏蔽、防腐蚀等性能,在现代电子、建筑、运输、军事等各领域均有广泛用途。
但是现有的抗静电粉末涂料不具有隔热耐高温的性能,因此该涂料喷涂在物体表面,则该物体不具备隔热耐高温的性能,而气凝胶是一种超低导热系数,隔热耐高温效果超好的材料,因此,本发明提供一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,以解决上述传统的抗静电粉末涂料的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,由底粉、改性导电炭黑母料及气凝胶颗粒按照如下比例进行干混制成,所述防静电粉末涂料的质量百分比如下:底粉80%-90%;改性导电炭黑母料5%-10%;气凝胶颗粒5%-10%。
所述底粉包括以下重量组分原料:环氧树脂25-35%;聚酯树脂25-35%;流平剂1-2%;平滑除气剂1-2%;导电聚苯胺3-5%;颜填料21-45%。
所述改性导电炭黑母料包括以下重量组分原料:炭黑10-40%;聚酰胺树脂50-70%;偶联剂10-20%。
所述气凝胶颗粒孔径低于100nm,颗粒尺寸小于20nm。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明所提供的防静电粉末涂料通过静电喷涂在电子设备的集装箱或外壳、对静电放电敏感的设备及家电设备的表面,形成保护层,该保护层黏结好、不脱落、不龟裂,同时可起到有效的防静电保护作用,另外,该保护层具有超强的耐高温的性能,则可确保电子设备在高温环境下可正常使用。

本发明提供技术方案:一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,由底粉、改性导电炭黑母料及气凝胶颗粒按照如下比例进行干混制成,所述防静电粉末涂料的质量百分比如下:底粉80%-90%;改性导电炭黑母料5%-10%;气凝胶颗粒5%-10%。
所述底粉包括以下重量组分原料:环氧树脂25-35%;聚酯树脂25-35%;流平剂1-2%;平滑除气剂1-2%;导电聚苯胺3-5%;颜填料21-45%。
所述改性导电炭黑母料包括以下重量组分原料:炭黑10-40%;聚酰胺树脂50-70%;偶联剂10-20%。
所述气凝胶颗粒孔径低于100nm,颗粒尺寸小于20nm;

1.一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,其特征在于:由底粉、改性导电炭黑母料及气凝胶颗粒按照如下比例进行干混制成,所述防静电粉末涂料的质量百分比如下:底粉80%-90%;改性导电炭黑母料5%-10%;气凝胶颗粒5%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,其特征在于:所述底粉包括以下重量组分原料:环氧树脂25-35%;聚酯树脂25-35%;流平剂1-2%;平滑除气剂1-2%;导电聚苯胺3-5%;颜填料21-45%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,其特征在于:所述改性导电炭黑母料包括以下重量组分原料:炭黑10-40%;聚酰胺树脂50-70%;偶联剂10-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电的气凝胶喷涂粉末,其特征在于:所述气凝胶颗粒孔径低于100nm,颗粒尺寸小于20nm。
