Abstract
Description
a) 10 - 60質量%が加熱により変形可能なプラスチック粒状材を含み,残部が嵩密度1.4 - 2.0g/cm3の砂よりなる混合材を準備するステップ;
b) 前記混合材を150 - 200°Cまで加熱するステップ;
c) 前記混合材を,マクラギに対応する加圧金型内に装入するステップ;
d) 前記混合材を前記金型内において,1 - 5 MPaの圧力下で60分までの時間に亘って加圧するステップ;並びに
e) 前記マクラギを前記金型から取り出すステップ;
を備える。
Claims (14)
- 鉄道軌道上部構造用のマクラギを製造する方法であって:
a) 10 - 60 質量%が加熱により変形可能なプラスチック粒状材を含み,残部が嵩密度1.4 - 2.0 g/cm3の砂よりなる混合材を準備するステップ;
b) 前記混合材を150 - 200°Cまで加熱するステップ;
c) 前記混合材を,マクラギに対応する加圧金型内に装入するステップ;
d) 前記混合材を前記金型内において,1 - 5 MPaの圧力下で60分までの加圧時間に亘って加圧するステップ;並びに
e) 前記マクラギを前記金型から取り出すステップ;
を備える方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって,前記ステップa)で準備される混合材は,20 - 40 質量%のプラスチック粒状材を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって,前記ステップb)で準備される砂の嵩密度が,少なくとも1.6 g/cm3であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記加圧時間は,少なくとも5分間であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記ステップb)で前記混合材を加熱する温度は,少なくとも160°Cであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記プラスチック粒状材が,ポリプロピレン粒状材(PP粒状材)又はポリエチレン(PE粒状材)であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって,前記プラスチック粒状材が,PP粒状材及びPE粒状材の混合材であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって,前記プラスチック粒状材は,40 - 60 質量%がPP粒状材,残部がPE粒状材であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記プラスチック粒状材を構成するプラスチックのメルトフローインデックスMFI/190/2,16が,いずれも20超であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記砂を,前記プラスチック粒状材と混合するに先立って,150 - 230°Cまで加熱することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記金型の温度は,前記プラスチック粒状材及び砂の混合材で満たされている場合に,平均で100 - 140°Cであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記砂は,平均粒径0.1 - 0.5mmの砂粒よりなることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であって,前記砂粒は,平均粒径が0.5mm未満であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の方法であって,前記砂は,モース硬度が5 - 8であることを特徴とする方法。
