Description
(1) 多層賦形フィルム製品を形成するための方法であって、
a.送達面と、反対側の基材に対向する面と、所望の賦形フィルム製品に対応する設計を有する少なくとも1つの開口部とを有するマスクを基材の上に載置することと、
b.第1の液体フィルム形成組成物をマルチストリームノズルの第1の送達開口部を通して、また第2の液体フィルム形成組成物を前記マルチストリームノズルの第2の送達開口部を通して、前記マスクの前記少なくとも1つの開口部を通して送達して、第1の層及び第2の層を有する粗形状体を前記基材上に形成する工程であって、前記マスクの移動並びに前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物の前記マスク開口部への前記送達が、前記マスク開口部、開口部側壁、及び前記マスク開口部にすぐ近接する前記ノズルの送達開口部によって画定される空隙の容積に対応する体積流量の前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物を、前記マスク開口部へ提供するように制御され、前記ノズルが、前記マスクの前記送達面と接触している、工程と、
c.前記マスクを取り外す工程と、
d.前記粗形状体を凝固させて前記基材上に配された前記多層賦形フィルム製品を提供する工程と、を含む、方法。
(2) 前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物の前記基材上への前記流体流動が、実質的に層状である、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(3) 前記第1のフィルム形成組成物が、前記基材へ送達され、前記第2のフィルム形成組成物が、前記第1のフィルム形成組成物の上面へ送達される、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(4) 前記第1のフィルム形成組成物及び前記第2のフィルム形成組成物が、縦方向に沿って近接して整列されて前記基材へ送達される、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(5) 第3の液体フィルム形成組成物を前記マルチストリームノズルの第3の送達開口部を通して送達することを更に含み、前記マルチストリームノズルの前記第1の送達開口部が、前記マスク開口部の横方向寸法(cross-dimension)よりも大きい横方向寸法を有し、前記第1のフィルム形成組成物が、前記基材へ送達され、前記第2の送達開口部及び前記第3の送達開口部が、近接して整列され、前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第3の液体フィルム形成組成物を前記第1のフィルム形成組成物の上面へ送達するように配置及び構成される、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(7) 多層賦形フィルム製品を形成するための装置であって、
a.所望の賦形フィルム製品に対応する開口部を有するマスクと、
b.前記マスクを支持するように配置及び構成されたマスク支持体と、
c.複数のフィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ送達するためのシステムであって、前記フィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ送達するための少なくとも1つのポンプと流体連通している複数のフィルム形成組成物リザーバと、前記フィルム形成組成物の前記流動を制御するためのポンプコントローラと、前記フィルム形成組成物を受け入れ、それらを前記マスク開口部へ送達するように配置及び構成されたマルチストリームノズルと、を備える、システムと、を備える、装置。
(8) 前記少なくとも1つのポンプが、マルチチャンバ付きポンプである、実施態様7に記載の装置。
(9) 前記少なくとも1つのポンプが、複数のポンプである、実施態様7に記載の装置。
(10) 前記マスク支持体と前記マスクとの間に配された基材を更に備える、実施態様7に記載の装置。
(12) 複数のフィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ送達するための前記システムが、前記フィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ実質的に層流で送達するように配置及び構成されている、実施態様7に記載の装置。
Claims (10)
- 多層賦形フィルム製品を形成するための方法であって、
a.送達面と、反対側の基材に対向する面と、所望の賦形フィルム製品に対応する設計を有する少なくとも1つのマスク開口部とを有するマスクを基材の上に載置することと、
b.第1の液体フィルム形成組成物をマルチストリームノズルの第1の送達開口部を通して、また第2の液体フィルム形成組成物を前記マルチストリームノズルの第2の送達開口部を通して、前記マスクの前記マスク開口部を通して送達して、第1の層及び第2の層を有する粗形状体を前記基材上に形成する工程であって、前記マスクの移動並びに前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物の前記マスク開口部への前記送達が、前記基材、前記マスク開口部、前記マスク開口部の側壁、及び前記マスク開口部にすぐ近接する前記マルチストリームノズルの送達開口部によって画定される空隙の容積に対応する体積流量の前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物を、前記マスク開口部へ提供するように制御され、前記マルチストリームノズルが、前記マスクの前記送達面と接触している、工程と、
c.前記マスクを取り外す工程と、
d.前記粗形状体を凝固させて前記基材上に配された前記多層賦形フィルム製品を提供する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物の前記基材上への流体流動が、実質的に層状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物が、前記基材へ送達され、前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物が、前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物の上面へ送達される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物が、縦方向に沿って近接して整列されて前記基材へ送達される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第3の液体フィルム形成組成物を前記マルチストリームノズルの第3の送達開口部を通して送達することを更に含み、前記マルチストリームノズルの前記第1の送達開口部が、前記マスク開口部の横方向寸法よりも大きい横方向寸法を有し、前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物が、前記基材へ送達され、前記第2の送達開口部及び前記第3の送達開口部が、近接して整列され、前記第2の液体フィルム形成組成物及び前記第3の液体フィルム形成組成物を前記第1の液体フィルム形成組成物の上面へ送達するように配置及び構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多層賦形フィルム製品を形成するための装置であって、
a.所望の賦形フィルム製品に対応するマスク開口部を有するマスクと、
b.前記マスクを支持するように配置及び構成されたマスク支持体と、
c.複数のフィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ送達するためのシステムであって、前記フィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ送達するための少なくとも1つのポンプと流体連通している複数のフィルム形成組成物リザーバと、前記フィルム形成組成物の流動を制御するためのポンプコントローラと、前記フィルム形成組成物を受け入れ、それらを前記マスク開口部へ送達するように配置及び構成されたマルチストリームノズルと、を備える、システムと、を備え、
前記マスク支持体と前記マスクとの間に配された基材を更に備え、
前記システムは、前記基材、前記マスク開口部、前記マスク開口部の側壁、及び前記マスク開口部にすぐ近接する前記マルチストリームノズルの送達開口部によって画定される空隙の容積に対応する体積流量の前記フィルム形成組成物を、前記マスク開口部へ提供するように制御する、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポンプが、マルチチャンバ付きポンプである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポンプが、複数のポンプである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記マスク支持体が、剥離ライナー付きの表面を有し、それによって前記装置内で形成される賦形フィルム製品をそこから取り外すことができる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記フィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ送達するための前記システムが、前記フィルム形成組成物を前記マスク開口部へ実質的に層流で送達するように配置及び構成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
