Claims (6)
- アンテナに接続されるアンテナ端子と、
前記アンテナ端子に接続されており、出力端子と、前記出力端子と前記アンテナ端子との間に互いに並列に接続されている第1,第2の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと、前記第1の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと前記アンテナ端子との間に接続されており、かつ前記第2の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと前記アンテナ端子との間には接続されていない、第1の弾性波共振子と、前記第2の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと前記アンテナ端子との間に接続されており、かつ前記第1の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと前記アンテナ端子との間には接続されていない、第2の弾性波共振子と、を有し、かつアンバランス型である第1の帯域通過型フィルタと、
前記アンテナ端子に接続されており、かつ前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタと通過帯域が異なる第2の帯域通過型フィルタと、
を備え、
前記第1,第2の弾性波共振子がそれぞれIDT電極を有し、前記第1の弾性波共振子の前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される弾性波の波長と、前記第2の弾性波共振子の前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される弾性波の波長とが異なる、弾性波装置。 - 前記第1の弾性波共振子の前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される弾性波の波長と、前記第2の弾性波共振子の前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される弾性波の波長との差が、前記第1の弾性波共振子の前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される弾性波の波長の3%以下である、請求項1に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記第1の弾性波共振子が、前記第1の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと前記アンテナ端子との間において、最も前記アンテナ端子側に配置された弾性波共振子であり、前記第2の弾性波共振子が、前記第2の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタと前記アンテナ端子との間において、最も前記アンテナ端子側に配置された弾性波共振子である、請求項1または2に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタの通過帯域が、前記第1,第2の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタにより構成されており、かつ前記第1,第2の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタがそれぞれ1段構成の縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
- デュプレクサであって、前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタが受信フィルタであり、前記第2の帯域通過型フィルタが送信フィルタである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記アンテナ端子に接続されている、少なくとも1つの帯域通過型フィルタをさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
