通例、CCDセンサは、より広範囲の分光感度を有している。赤外線ビームは、IR遮断フィルタによって除去される。短波長領域では、CCDセンサは大抵の場合、ヒトの眼よりも高い分光感度を有している。筒型レンズユニットは、スペクトル線d=587.56nmおよびh=404.65nmについて色収差矯正を実現するので、対物レンズと合わせた色誤差を、可視領域(VIS)全体において完全に補償することができる。
Claims (3)
- 像距離が無限の対物レンズおよび色消しの残差を伴う使用のための色消し補正効果を有する顕微鏡用の筒型レンズユニットであって、
nPおよびnNがそれぞれ波長546nmでの正レンズおよび負レンズの屈折率(ne)を表し、vPおよびvNがそれぞれ波長546nm(WL2)での正レンズおよび負レンズのアッベ数(ve)を表すとき、該筒型レンズユニットが以下の特性

nN<1.66かつvN<37
を有する少なくとも2つのレンズ(L1、L2、L3、L4、L5)から構成され、
δAが、直径が17.55mmの入射瞳(EP)について、該少なくとも2つのレンズ(L1、L2、L3、L4、L5)の表面(F2、F3、F4、F5、F6)を通過する際の貫通高さとしての開口ビームの変動を表し、δBが、入射角w=3.23度について、該少なくとも2つのレンズ(L1、L2、L3、L4、L5)の該表面(F2、F3、F4、F5、F6)を通過する際の貫通高さとしての主ビームの変動を表すとき、ビーム経路が以下の条件
