Claims (3)
- 電線と、該電線の導体部に接続される導体接続部及び相手側の端子に接続される箱状の端子接続部を有する端子金具と、を備えた端子付電線における前記導体部と前記導体接続部との接続部分を被覆材によって被覆する被覆装置であって、
前記端子付電線を保持する保持手段と、
金属製の出射部を有するとともに前記被覆材を含む液体を該出射部から出射する出射手段と、
前記出射部と前記接続部分とに電圧を印加して帯電させる電圧印加手段と、を備え、
前記保持手段は、前記端子接続部を収容する収容部を備えて当該端子接続部を覆う端子マスク部と、前記収容部内に設けられて前記端子接続部及び前記電圧印加手段に電気的に接続される電極部と、を有し、
前記端子マスク部は、前記収容部に前記端子接続部を収容した状態において該収容部の前記電線側の開口を塞ぐとともに前記端子金具に電気的に接続されるカバー壁を備え、
前記カバー壁は、導電性を有することを特徴とする被覆装置。 - 前記保持手段は、前記端子金具側が上方を向くように前記端子付電線を傾斜させて保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆装置。
- 前記被覆材は、防食材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の被覆装置。
