Description
以下に、電子部品の構成について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の実施形態の一つである電子部品1の外観斜視図である。図2は、電子部品1の透視図である。図2では、外部電極20,25については省略してある。図3は、図1のA−A線における断面構造図及び拡大図である。以下では、外部電極20,25が並ぶ方向を左右方向と定義し、コイル30の中心軸が延在する方向を上下方向と定義する。また、上下方向及び左右方向に直交する方向を前後方向と定義する。なお、前後方向、左右方向及び上下方向は互いに直交している。
析装置及び分析条件により測定できる。

コーティング膜9をXPSで分析すると、Fe2p3スペクトルにおいて、Feカチオンの存在を示す710eV近傍のピークを確認することができる。一方、Feメタル(金属状態のFe)の存在を示す707eV近傍にはピークは確認されない。これにより、コーティング膜9に含まれる金属磁性粉を構成する元素のイオン(カチオン)の存在を証明することができる。
次に、電子部品1の製造方法の一例について説明する。
本実施形態に係る電子部品1によれば、外部電極20,25を本体10に強固に密着させることができる。より詳細には、無機粒子15がコーティング膜9の表面に付着している。そのため、コーティング膜9の表面には、無機粒子15により凹凸が形成されている。そして、外部電極20,25がコーティング膜9の表面において無機粒子15が付着している部分を覆っている。これにより、外部電極20,25が無機粒子15により形成された凹凸に入り込んでいる。その結果、外部電極20,25とコーティング膜9及び無機粒子15との間にアンカー効果が発生する。よって、外部電極20,25が強固にコーティング膜9に密着するようになる。
以下に第1の変形例に係る電子部品1aについて説明する。電子部品1aの構造は、電子部品1と同じであるので説明を省略する。電子部品1aでは、無機粒子15としてジルコニウム粒子が用いられている点において、電子部品1と相違する。第1の変形例は、本発明における実施例である。
以下に、第2の変形例に係る電子部品の構成について図面を参照しながら説明する。図5は、第2の変形例に係る電子部品1bの外観斜視図である。図6は、電子部品1bの分解斜視図である。図7は、電子部品1bの断面構造図及び拡大図である。以下では、電子部品1bの積層方向を上下方向と定義し、外部電極20,25が並ぶ方向を左右方向と定義する。また、上下方向及び左右方向に直交する方向を前後方向と定義する。なお、前後方向、左右方向及び上下方向は互いに直交している。
本発明に係る電子部品は電子部品1,1a,1bに限らず、その要旨の範囲内で変更可能である。

Claims (10)
- 金属磁性粉と絶縁性樹脂との混合物を材料とする本体と、
前記本体の表面を覆うコーティング膜と、
前記本体の内部に設けられている導体と、
前記コーティング膜の表面に付着している無機粒子と、
前記導体と電気的に接続され、かつ、前記コーティング膜の表面において前記無機粒子が付着している部分を覆う外部電極と、
を備え、
前記コーティング膜は、樹脂と金属のカチオンとの反応物を含んでいること、
を特徴とする電子部品。 - 前記無機粒子は、前記コーティング膜内にも含まれており、
単位体積当たりに前記コーティング膜に含まれる前記無機粒子の量は、該コーティング膜の表面から前記本体の表面に近づくにしたがって少なくなっていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子部品。 - 前記無機粒子は、前記コーティング膜に対して前記外部電極を密着させるために設けられていること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の電子部品。 - 前記金属のカチオンは、前記金属磁性粉に含まれる金属のカチオンであること、
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の電子部品。 - 前記金属磁性粉に含まれる元素のイオン化傾向は、前記導体を構成する元素のイオン化傾向より大きいこと、
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の電子部品。 - 前記金属磁性粉は、Fe又はFe合金の粉であり、
前記導体は、Cu又はAgであること、
を特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電子部品。 - 金属磁性粉と絶縁性樹脂とから形成される素体と、前記素体の内部に位置する導体と、を備える本体を準備する工程と、前記金属磁性粉を構成する金属をイオン化させるイオン化成分と、アニオン性界面活性剤と、樹脂成分とを含む混合液を準備する工程と、
前記混合液を前記本体に塗布し、乾燥する工程と、
次に、前記本体に無機粒子を含む分散液を付着させ、乾燥する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする、電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記金属磁性粉に含まれる元素のイオン化傾向は、前記導体を構成する元素のイオン化傾向より大きいこと、
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記金属磁性粉は、Fe又はFe合金の粉であり、
前記導体は、Cu又はAgであること、
を特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8のいずれかに記載の電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記アニオン性界面活性剤は、スルホン酸基を有すること、
を特徴とする、請求項7ないし請求項9のいずれかに記載の電子部品の製造方法。
