Claims (30)
- 蒸気発生器と、
前記蒸気発生器と動作可能なように接続され、患者の尿道を通って前立腺の中に、挿入されるように構成された蒸気供給プローブであって、前記蒸気供給プローブが前記尿道を通って前記前立腺に挿入されると、前記尿道を切除することなく、前記前立腺を切除するために十分なエネルギーを供給するように、前記蒸気供給プローブが前記蒸気発生器から前記前立腺の中及び前記尿道に向けて蒸気を100から10,000ジュールの間で供給するように構成された蒸気供給プローブと、
を含む前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気発生器は、前記蒸気供給プローブのハンドル内に配置されたこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気供給プローブは、前記尿道を通って前記前立腺の中に進むように構成された蒸気針をさらに含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気針は、前記前立腺に蒸気を供給するように構成された複数の蒸気ポートを含むこと
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気針は、前記尿道を通って前記前立腺の中に前記蒸気針を進めるように構成された駆動機構と、接続されたこと
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記駆動機構は、前記前立腺の尖部の中に前記蒸気針を進めるように構成されたこと
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記駆動機構は、前記前立腺の中に前記蒸気針を少なくとも15mm進めるように構成されたこと
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記駆動機構は、手動でコントロールされること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記手動でコントロールされる駆動機構は、ばねを利用した機構を含むこと
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気供給プローブのハンドル上に、前記ばねを利用した機構を駆動させるように構成されたレバーをさらに含むこと
を特徴とする請求項9に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記駆動機構は、コンピュータでコントロールされること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気は、100Wから400Wの間で前記前立腺に供給されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気は、250cal/gmから450cal/gmの間で前記前立腺に供給されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気は、100cal/gmから600cal/gmの間で前記前立腺に供給されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前立腺切除システムであって、
蒸気発生器と、
前記蒸気発生器と動作可能なように接続された蒸気供給プローブであって、
前記蒸気供給プローブは複数の蒸気ポートを有する蒸気針を含み、前記蒸気針は患者の尿道を通って前立腺内に挿入され、前記蒸気針が前記尿道を通って前記前立腺内に挿入されると、前記尿道を切除することなく、前記前立腺を切除するために十分なエネルギーを供給するように、前記複数の蒸気ポートは、前記蒸気発生器から前記前立腺の中及び前記尿道に向けて蒸気を100から10,000ジュールの間で供給するように構成された蒸気供給プローブと
を含む前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気発生器は、前記蒸気供給プローブのハンドル内に配置されたこと
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の前立腺切除システム。 - 前記蒸気針は、前記尿道を通って前記前立腺の中に前記蒸気針を進めるように構成された駆動機構と、接続されたこと
