Abstract

一种用于外科手术的医用泵式水刀包括水箱(1)、往复泵组(2、3)、稳压回流装置、液体输送管道、射流水刀(14),它是利用高压液体的射流原理,采用生理盐水切除人体病变组织,其优点是:可保持血管的完整性,防止出血,并可简化操作程序,缩短手术时间,该泵式水刀主要用于肝、肾、肺、脑、脾等器官的手术。

Description

本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,是一种外科手术刀具。
目前,外科使用的手术刀主要是普通钢刀、激光刀、等离子刀和微波刀,采用此种刀具手术出血较多,特别象肝、肾、脑、脾等器官,由于其组织脆弱,手术中更易出血,以致消耗大量的血浆和药物。因此,外科医生希望有一种既能切除病变组织,又能有效地防止出血,且不损伤正常组织的手术刀。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题利用高压液体的射流原理向医学界提供一种液体射流手术刀,以达到既能切除病变组织又可保持血管的完整性,从而防止手术出血。

本实用新型是这样实现的:医用泵式水刀包括水箱(1)、往复泵组(2、3)、稳压回流装置、液体输送管道、射流水刀(14),往复泵组的吸液口连结水箱,其排液口经稳压回流装置、液体输送管道与射流水刀连接,稳压回流装置上的回流管与水箱相通。
射流水刀由刀头(17)、刀柄(19)、针形阀(21)、挡水板(18)组成,刀头装在刀柄顶端,针形阀装在刀柄内,各连接部件之间装有密封圈(20)。
针形阀杆(21)的后端连接耐高压软管(13),其内部为中空结构,并在其针形阀杆的锥尖后端有一透孔。
刀头(17)的射流口由激光机打成,其直径在0.08至0.25mm之间,挡水板(18)为一放大镜,它装在刀柄(19)前部,其作用是遮档反射水花和增加手术的能见度,防止损伤微小血管,以提高手术的精确度,挡水板可将切除物放大5倍。
稳压回流装置由稳压器(4)、限压阀(5)、压力表(6)组成,压力表和限压阀均安装在回流管上,限压阀起自动(手动)调节水压和保护手术器械作用。限压阀可以是机械式,也可以用电子装置控制。
稳压器(4)排液口以上的液体输送管道由钢管、耐高压软管(13)组成,在弯头(10)下部装有通道式万向节(9),耐高压软管前端连接射流水刀(14)。
上述所说的水箱、稳压器、限压阀、液体输送管道中的钢管及接头、弯头、万向节均采用不锈钢材料,以防止液体中混入杂质,此种材料也便于消毒。
现对本实用新型的工作原理简述如下(见图1、3):
首先在水箱(1)中注入生理盐水,经吸入往复泵(3)加压从射流水刀(14)喷出。当刀头射流口水压控制在14-18kg/cm2之间时,可得到理想的切除效果。
本实用新型的实施例(见图1、2):刀头(17)的射流口直径分为0.08mm、0.10mm、0.15mm、0.20mm、0.25mm五种规格。挡水板的直径有50mm、100mm两种规格。
本实用新型主要用于肝、肾、肺、脾、脑等手术,由于血管的张力较上述器官的张力大,因而水刀虽将病变组织切除,但仍可保持血管的完整性,最后将血管结扎,这样既可防止出血,又简化了手术程序、缩短了手术时间。

Claims (6)

1、一种医用泵式水刀,其特征在于包括水箱(1)、往复泵组(2、3)、稳压回流装置、液体输送管道、射流水刀(14),往复泵组的吸液口连接水箱,其排液口经稳压回流装置、液体输送管道与射流水刀连接,稳压回流装置上的回流管与水箱相通。
2、按照权利要求1所述的泵式水刀,其特征在于射流水刀由刀头(17)、刀柄(19)、针形阀杆(21)、挡水板(18)组成,刀头装在刀柄顶端,针形阀装在刀柄内,各连接部件之间装有密封圈(20)。
3、按照权利要求2所述的泵式水刀,其特征在于该针形阀(21)的后端连接耐高压软管(13),其内部为中空结构,并在其针形阀杆锥尖后端有一透孔。
4、按照权利要求2所述的泵式水刀,其特征在于刀头(17)的射流口直径在0.08-0.25mm之间,兼有放大镜作用的挡水板(18)装在刀柄(19)前部。
5、按照权利要求1所述的泵式水刀,其特征在于稳压回流装置由稳压器(4)、限压阀(5)、压力表(6)组成,压力表和限压阀均安装在回流管上。
6、按照权利要求5所述的泵式水刀,其特征在于稳压器(4)排液口以上的液体输送管道由钢管、耐高压软管组成,在弯头下部装有通道式万向节(9),耐高压软管前端连接射流水刀。
