Claims (12)
- 導電性コンタクト材料(3)からなり、プラグコネクタ内へ挿入方向(E)に挿入されることができるように構成されると共にポジティブロッキング接続部(60)によって前記プラグコネクタに固定されることができるように構成されたコンタクト部材(1)であって、
前記ポジティブロッキング接続部(60)は、前記コンタクト部材(1)の上側(7)に係止開口(9)を備え、
前記係止開口は、二つの案内面(21,21’)によって前記挿入方向(E)において範囲が画定され、
前記案内面(21,21’)は、補強領域(Va,Vb)によって形成され、
前記補強領域(Va,Vb)において、前記コンタクト材料(3)は、前記挿入方向(E)に対して横断するように少なくとも二つの層の形態で前記コンタクト材料(3)自体に少なくとも部分的に重なり、
前記コンタクト部材(1)を貫通する観察開口(51)が、前記コンタクト部材(1)の挿入方向(E)側の先端(26)に配置され、
非制限観察軸(54)が前記観察開口(51)から接触部(53)へ延在するコンタクト部材(1)。 - 少なくとも1つの補強領域(Va,Vb)の少なくとも1つの表面(25,25’)が先頭(56,56’)から前記係止開口(9)まで挿入方向(E)へ連続し曲がりがない案内面(21,21’)を形成する請求項1に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記挿入方向(E)において、前記挿入方向(E)へ傾斜する少なくとも1つの傾斜先導部材(27,27’)が前記係止開口(9)から遠い方の端部で前記少なくとも1つの案内面(21,21’)と隣り合う請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記傾斜先導部材(27,27’)は、少なくとも1つの補強領域(Va,Vb)の少なくとも1つの層(23a,23a’,23b,23b’)から形成される請求項3に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 補強領域(Va,Vb)の少なくとも1つの層(23a,23a’,23b,23b’)が、前記上側(7)から前記コンタクト部材(1)の反対側の内壁(35)へ延在する少なくとも1つの補強リップ(33)を形成する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強リップ(33)は、案内面(21,21’)の連続部分を形成する請求項5に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの補強領域(Va,Vb)は、少なくとも1つの不正確な挿入防止領域(55,55’)を形成し、
前記少なくとも1つの不正確な挿入防止領域(55,55’)において、横断面が前記挿入方向(E)に対して垂直に対称軸を有さない請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの不正確な挿入防止領域(55,55’)において、少なくとも1つの補強領域(Va,Vb)の上層(23a’,23b’)が反対側の側壁(24,24’)まで連続的には延在しない請求項7に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記コンタクト部材(1)は、前記係止開口(9)の反対側に、前記挿入方向(E)に対し横断するように突出する少なくとも1つの固定歯(47)を有する請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定歯(47)は、前記先端(26)と前記係止開口(9)との間に挿入方向(E)へ配置される請求項9に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定歯(47)は、少なくとも1つの側壁(24,24’)から延在する請求項9又は請求項10に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
- 前記コンタクト部材(1)は、単一の曲げ加工部品や打ち抜き部品として形成される請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクト部材(1)。
