Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係るステータの断面図である。図2は図1に示す中空端子の拡大図である。図3は図1に示す中空端子の斜視図である。図1、図2及び図3を用いて実施の形態に係るステータ100の構造を説明する。図1に示すようにステータ100は、フレーム1、ステータコア2、中空端子3、インシュレータ4、成形材5、プリント基板6及び巻線7を備える。ステータコア2の中心軸AXが伸びる方向である軸方向は、図1中に矢印D1で示される。以下では、中心軸AXの軸方向D1を単に軸方向と称する場合がある。
Claims (8)
- ステータコアを備えるステータであって、
前記ステータの電気的接続が行われる筒状の中空端子と、
前記ステータコアと前記中空端子の外周面とを覆う成形材と、
を備え、
前記中空端子の内周面は、前記成形材から露出し、前記中空端子の一端から前記成形材の外部へ開口し、
前記中空端子の他端は、前記他端が開口した状態で半田付けによりプリント基板に固定されていることを特徴とするステータ。 - ステータコアを備えるステータであって、
前記ステータの電気的接続が行われる筒状の中空端子と、
前記ステータコアと前記中空端子の外周面とを覆う成形材と、
前記ステータコアに設けられるインシュレータと、
前記インシュレータを介して前記ステータコアに巻かれる巻線と、
を備え、
前記中空端子の内周面は、前記成形材から露出し、前記中空端子の一端から前記成形材の外部へ開口し、
前記中空端子の他端は、前記インシュレータに固定され、
前記中空端子には、前記巻線の端部が巻かれ、
前記中空端子の他端は、前記他端が開口した状態で前記インシュレータに固定されていることを特徴とするステータ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のステータとロータとを備えることを特徴とするモータ。
- ステータコアを備えるステータの製造方法であって、
前記ステータの電気的接続が行われる有底筒状端子と、前記ステータコアとを、成形材で覆う工程と、
前記成形材で覆われた前記有底筒状端子の底部を前記成形材と共に除去する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするステータの製造方法。 - 筒状部材の端部を押し潰して前記筒状部材の端部の開口部を閉塞することにより、前記有底筒状端子を製造する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステータの製造方法。
- 筒状部材の端部を溶かして前記筒状部材の端部の開口部を閉塞することにより、前記有底筒状端子を製造する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステータの製造方法。
- 筒状部材の端部の開口部を閉塞する閉塞部材を、前記筒状部材の端部に設けることにより、前記有底筒状端子を製造する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステータの製造方法。
- 筒状部材の内部に充填剤を充填して前記筒状部材の端部の開口部を閉塞することにより、前記有底筒状端子を製造する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステータの製造方法。
