Description
まず、図1〜図3を参照して、本発明の一実施の形態における弁装置1の構成について説明する。本実施の形態では、弁装置1が空気調和装置に適用される場合について説明する。
再び図4を参照して、本実施の形態の空気調和装置において、室内機20a〜20cの一部が冷房運転を行い、他の一部が暖房運転を行う場合について説明する。具体的には、室内機20a,20bが冷房運転を行い、室内機20cが暖房運転を行う場合について説明する。
本実施の形態の弁装置1によれば、円板形状を有する第1弁体4が、円形の第1凹部C1内を軸体3の軸方向周りに回転し、第1弁体4によって第2ポートP2および第3ポートP3のいずれかが塞がれることにより第1ポートP1が第2ポートP2および第3ポートP3のいずれかと選択的に連通される。また、円板形状を有する第2弁体5が、円形の第2凹部C2内を軸体3の軸方向周りに回転し、第2弁体5によって第4ポートP4が塞がれることにより第4ポートP4と第5ポートP5との間を流れる流体の流量が変化可能である。したがって、軸体3の軸方向に第1弁体4および第2弁体5は移動しないため、軸体3の軸方向における弁装置1の寸法を小さくすることができる。
Claims (6)
- 円形の第1凹部および前記第1凹部から分離された円形の第2凹部と、前記第1凹部に連通する第1ポート、第2ポートおよび第3ポートならびに前記第2凹部に連通する第4および第5ポートとを有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体内に配置され、かつ軸方向を中心に回転可能な軸体と、
前記第1凹部内に配置され、前記軸体に接続され、かつ円板形状を有する第1弁体と、
前記第2凹部内に配置され、前記軸方向に前記第1弁体と並んで前記軸体に接続され、かつ円板形状を有する第2弁体とを備え、
前記軸方向周りに回転する前記第1弁体によって前記第2および第3ポートのいずれかが塞がれることにより前記第1ポートが前記第2および第3ポートのいずれかと選択的に連通され、
前記軸方向周りに回転する前記第2弁体によって前記第4ポートが塞がれることにより前記第4ポートと前記第5ポートとの間を流れる流体の流量が変化可能である、弁装置。 - 前記第2および第3ポートの各々は、前記弁本体の前記軸方向に交差する第1壁部に設けられ、
前記第4ポートは、前記弁本体の前記軸方向に交差する第2壁部に設けられている、請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記第1ポートは、円形の前記第1凹部の周囲を取り囲む第1周壁に設けられており、
前記第5ポートは、円形の前記第2凹部の周囲を取り囲む第2周壁に設けられている、請求項2に記載の弁装置。 - 前記軸体に接続されたパルスモータをさらに備え、
前記パルスモータは、前記軸体を前記軸方向を中心に回転可能に構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。 - 前記第1弁体は、半円板形状を有し、
前記第2弁体は、楕円板形状を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置と、
圧縮機と、前記圧縮機から吐出された冷媒が流通する第1および第2熱交換器とを備え、
前記第1ポートは前記第2熱交換器の一端に接続されており、
前記第2ポートは前記圧縮機の吐出側に接続されており、
前記第3ポートは前記圧縮機の吸入側に接続されており、
前記第4ポートは、前記第2熱交換器の他端に接続されており、
前記第5ポートは、前記第1熱交換器に接続されている、空気調和装置。
