Claims (9)
- 高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーンであって、順次積層された、第1の基板、薄膜トランジスタ基板、液晶層、カラーフィルタ、タッチ感知層、第2の基板、及び高抵抗率膜を備え、前記薄膜トランジスタ基板には、前記液晶層に面したその表面上に複数の相互に絶縁された感知ワイヤが設けられ、前記薄膜トランジスタ基板は、前記タッチ感知層と係合し、前記高抵抗率膜は、前記第2の基板の、前記タッチ感知層から遠い方の表面上に形成され、前記高抵抗率膜は、前記薄膜トランジスタ基板に電気的に結合され、前記高抵抗率膜は、酸化グラファイト、酸化スズ、界面活性剤、及び架橋剤を含む混合物によって作られることを特徴とする、高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記高抵抗率膜は、4重量部から7重量部の酸化グラファイト、10重量部から13重量部の酸化スズ、25重量部から30重量部の界面活性剤、及び10重量部から26重量部の架橋剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記架橋剤は、アジリジン架橋剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記高抵抗率膜は、30nmから50nmまでの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記高抵抗率膜の、前記第2の基板から遠い方の表面上に積層された偏光層をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーン。

- 前記感知ワイヤは、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーン。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の高抵抗率膜を有するインセル型タッチスクリーンを備えることを特徴とする、ディスプレイデバイス。
