- 血液処理装置の体外回路における圧力p、又は圧力pに関するパラメータを求める方法であって、
少なくとも1つの電気モーター(M)によって駆動される少なくとも1つの血液ポンプ(4)が血液回路内に配置され、前記血液ポンプ(4)は蠕動ポンプであり、前記電気モーター(M)のモーター電流IM及び血流量Qb又はこれらに関するパラメータが、前記圧力p、又は前記圧力pに関するパラメータを求めるために測定され、前記圧力p、又は前記圧力pに関するパラメータが前記測定された値から前記血液処理装置により計算され、

- 関係(IM (t) - a) / Qb (t)) = (IM,0 - a) / Qb,0)が一定に維持されるよう前記血液処理装置により調節が行われ、ここでIM,0及びQb,0は、故障が起こる前の、時間軸上のある点におけるモーター電流IM及び血流量Qbの開始値である、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの電気モーター(M)によって駆動される少なくとも1つの血液ポンプ(4)がその中に配置される少なくとも1つの体外血液回路を有する血液処理装置であって、
モーター電流IMを測定する少なくとも1つの手段、及び血流量Qb又は血流量Qbに関するパラメータを測定する少なくとも1つの手段が設けられ、
前記血液処理装置は、測定手段によって提供される測定値に基づいて、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するよう構成された、少なくとも1つの計算ユニット、制御ユニット、又は調節ユニットを有する、血液処理装置。 - 前記血液ポンプ(4)は、蠕動ポンプ(4)であり、及び/又はモーター(M)は、DC電流で動作するDCモーターである、請求項9に記載の血液処理装置。
- 動作中に血液が通る少なくとも1つのチャンバーを有する少なくとも1つのダイアライザー(5)が前記体外血液回路内に配置される、請求項9又は10に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記ダイアライザー(5)は、動作中に透析液が通る少なくとも1つのチャンバーを有する、請求項11に記載の血液処理装置。
- 体外回路内の血液にダイアライザー(5)の上流及び/又は下流のラインを介して置換液を供給する、少なくとも1つの置換液ポンプ(12)が設けられる、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の血液処理装置。
- 静脈圧センサ(6b)を除いて前記血液ポンプ(4)の下流には圧力センサが設けられておらず、前記体外血液回路内に配置された前記血液ポンプ(4)の下流、及びダイアライザー(5)の上流には圧力センサが設けられていない、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の血液処理装置。
