Description
Claims (9)
- 血液処理ユニット(1)に延びる動脈路(20)と前記血液処理ユニットから延びる静脈路(21)を備える体外血液循環系(9)を有する体外血液処理装置による体外血液処理中に、前記体外血液循環系における血流の障害を検出する装置であって、
前記体外血液循環系内を伝播する振動圧力信号を発生する手段(6)と、
前記振動圧力信号を測定する手段(31)と、
前記振動圧力信号を解析する手段(32)と、
を有する装置において、
前記振動圧力信号を解析する手段(32)は、前記振動圧力信号の、少なくとも1つの高調波の位相角を求める手段(32a)と、当該位相角の変化を検出する手段(32b)と、を有し、
前記振動圧力信号を解析する前記手段は、前記振動圧力信号の、少なくとも1つの高調波の前記位相角の変化に基づいて、体外の血流の障害を検出するようになっていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記位相角の変化を検出する手段(32b)は、少なくとも1つの高調波の位相角の、所定の時間の間の変化を求め、当該高調波の位相角の時間変化を所定の閾値と比較し、当該位相角の変化の値が前記所定の閾値よりも大きいときに障害を検出するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記血流の障害を検出する装置は、前記体外血液処理装置の制御に介入する手段(25,32)をさらに有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記体外血液処理装置は血液透析装置および/または血液ろ過装置であり、前記血液処理ユニット(1)は透析器またはろ過器であり、前記体外血液処理装置は、前記体外血液循環系を通って流れる血液から所定の限外ろ過速度で液体を除去する限外ろ過装置(18)と、前記透析器(1)または前記ろ過器の上流および/または下流で前記体外血液循環系を通って流れる血液に置換液を供給する置換装置(19)と、を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記血液透析装置および/または前記血液ろ過装置の制御に介入する前記手段(25,32)は、前記限外ろ過装置(18)を、障害が検出された時に、限外ろ過速度を所定の時間の間低下させるように制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記血液透析装置および/または前記血液ろ過装置の制御に介入する前記手段(25,32)は、前記置換装置(19)を、障害が検出された時に、前記透析器(1)または前記ろ過器の上流で一定量の置換液を所定の時間の間血液へ供給するように制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記振動圧力信号の、少なくとも1つの高調波の位相角を求める手段は、位相角を求めるために前記振動圧力信号のフーリエ解析を行うフーリエ解析装置(32a)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記振動圧力信号を発生する手段は、前記体外血液循環系(9)の前記動脈路(20)に配置された血液ポンプ、特に、閉塞型ポンプを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記振動圧力信号を測定する手段は、前記体外血液循環系(9)の前記静脈路(21)に配置された圧力センサ(31)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
