Description
以下、本発明の実施形態1を、図1乃至図5を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、車両用内装材の一例として、天井内装材(ヘッドライナー)1を例示する。図1は、実施形態1における車室2の天井3を模式的に表した平面図である。図1には、車室2内から天井3を見た状態が示されている。
次いで、本発明の実施形態2を、図5乃至図7を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、上記実施形態1と同様、車両の天井内装材1Aを例示する。本実施形態の天井内装材1Aも、実施形態1と同様、裏面1Ab側に、熱可塑型膨張繊維シートを膨張させて成形した多孔質繊維基材13が配され、意匠面1Aa側に、シート状の表皮材14が配されたものからなる。
次いで、本発明の実施形態3を、図9を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、上記実施形態1と同様、車両の天井内装材1Bを例示する。本実施形態の天井内装材1Bも、実施形態1と同様、裏面1Bb側に、熱可塑型膨張繊維シートを膨張させて成形した多孔質繊維基材13が配され、意匠面1Ba側に、シート状の表皮材14が配されたものからなる。
次いで、本発明の実施形態4を、図10乃至図13を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、上記実施形態1と同様、車両の天井内装材1Cを例示する。本実施形態の天井内装材1Cも、実施形態1と同様、裏面1Cb側に、熱可塑型膨張繊維シートを膨張させて成形した多孔質繊維基材13が配され、意匠面1Ca側に、シート状の表皮材14が配されたものからなる。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
Claims (6)
- 無機繊維シートに熱可塑性樹脂及び発泡剤が添加されてなる熱可塑型膨張繊維シートと、前記熱可塑型膨張繊維シートの片側に配され天井の意匠面を構成する表皮材とを備える未成形基材が、加熱された後、所定形状にプレス成形されたものからなる車両用天井内装材であって、
当該車両用天井内装材の裏面側が前記熱可塑型膨張繊維シートを膨張させて成形した多孔質繊維基材とされ、表面側が前記表皮材とされており、
天井の平坦部分を構成するシート状の本体部と、
前記本体部よりも前記天井の裏面側に盛り上がりつつ、前記天井の表面側に開口する深底状の凹部を含む成形部とを備え、
前記凹部が長手状に延びる凹条部とされ、
前記凹部の深さhが、前記凹部の開口幅w以上であり、
前記成形部は、前記凹部内に長手状の加飾部材が嵌め込まれる形で前記加飾部材を保持することを特徴とする車両用天井内装材。 - 前記凹部の底幅x、前記凹部の深さh、及び前記凹部の開口幅wが、(x+2h)/2≦1.67wの関係式を満たす請求項1に記載の車両用天井内装材。
- 前記成形部に対して所定間隔Lを保った状態で、前記本体部よりも前記意匠面の反対側に盛り上がりつつ、前記意匠面側に開口する深底状の他の凹部を含む他の成形部を備え、
前記所定間隔Lが、L≧(x+2h−1.67w)/1.2の関係式を満たす請求項2に記載の車両用天井内装材。 - 前記加飾部材が、導光体からなる請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用天井内装材。
- 前記成形部は、前記意匠面の反対側に盛り上がった部分からなり、取付部材を係止するための係止部を有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用天井内装材。
- 無機繊維シートに熱可塑性樹脂及び発泡剤が添加されてなる熱可塑型膨張繊維シートと、前記熱可塑型膨張繊維シートの片側に配され天井の意匠面を構成する表皮材とを備える未成形基材が、加熱された後、所定形状にプレス成形されたものからなる車両用天井内装材であって、
当該車両用天井内装材の裏面側が前記熱可塑型膨張繊維シートを膨張させて成形した多孔質繊維基材とされ、表面側が前記表皮材とされており、
天井の平坦部分を構成するシート状の本体部と、
前記本体部よりも前記天井の裏面側に円環状に盛り上がりつつ、前記天井の表面側に開口する深底状の円環型の凹部を含む成形部とを備え、
前記凹部の深さhが、前記凹部の開口幅w以上であり、
天井の裏面側には前記円環状の盛り上がりにより円環状の凸部が形成されており、
前記凸部の内側には照明装置が係止されるものであり、
前記照明装置は、LEDと、前記LEDを収容する円柱状の筐体と、前記筐体の周縁から外側に向かって張り出したフランジ部と、を備え、
前記筐体の下端は円環状に開口しており、前記筐体の下端が前記円環状の凸部の内側に嵌め込まれ、前記フランジ部が前記凸部に載せられていることを特徴とする車両用天井内装材。
