Abstract
Description
本開示の一側面によれば、支持部材は、第一の透明基板との連結部から第二の透明基板へ、キャビティの境界を画定する第二の反射面より第一の透明基板から離れた位置まで延設される。第二の透明基板は、第二の反射面より第一の透明基板から離れた位置で、支持部材と連結される。
[第一実施形態]
図1に示す本実施形態の光通信機器1は、光伝送路に接続された波長可変フィルタ10と、温度調節器70と、温度検出器80と、コントローラ90とを備える。

第二実施形態の光通信機器1は、第一実施形態の波長可変フィルタ10に代えて、図3に示す波長可変フィルタ20を搭載する。第二実施形態の光通信機器1は、波長可変フィルタ20が第一実施形態と異なる点を除いて、第一実施形態と同じである。
第三実施形態の光通信機器1は、第一実施形態の波長可変フィルタ10に代えて、図5に示す波長可変フィルタ30を備える。図5に示す波長可変フィルタ30において、第一又は第二実施形態と同一符号が付された部位は、第一又は第二実施形態における対応する部位の構成と同一であると理解されてよい。第三実施形態の光通信機器1は、波長可変フィルタ30が部分的に第一及び第二実施形態と異なる点を除いて、第一実施形態の光通信機器1と同様に構成される。
第四実施形態の通信機器1は、第一実施形態の波長可変フィルタ10に代えて、図6に示す波長可変フィルタ40を備える。図6に示す波長可変フィルタ40において、第一又は第二実施形態と同一符号が付された部位は、第一又は第二実施形態における対応する部位の構成と同一であると理解されてよい。第四実施形態の光通信機器1は、波長可変フィルタ40が部分的に第一及び第二実施形態と異なる点を除いて、第一実施形態の光通信機器1と同様に構成される。
Claims (6)
- 波長可変フィルタであって、
第一の反射面を有する第一の透明基板と、
前記第一の反射面に対向する第二の反射面を有し、前記第一の透明基板と共にエタロンを構成する第二の透明基板と、
前記第一の反射面の法線方向において前記第一の反射面から離れた位置に前記第二の反射面を配置して、前記第一の反射面と前記第二の反射面と間にキャビティを形成するように、前記第二の透明基板を前記第一の透明基板上に支持する、前記第一の透明基板と連結された支持部材と、
を備え、
前記支持部材の熱膨張により、前記第一の透明基板に対する前記第二の透明基板の相対位置が変化し、前記キャビティの長さが前記法線方向に変化するように構成され、
前記支持部材は、前記第一の透明基板との連結部から前記第二の透明基板へ、前記キャビティの境界を画定する前記第二の反射面より前記第一の透明基板から離れた位置まで延設され、
前記第二の透明基板は、前記第二の反射面より前記第一の透明基板から離れた位置で、前記支持部材と連結される波長可変フィルタ。 - 請求項1記載の波長可変フィルタであって、
前記支持部材は、
前記第一の透明基板との連結部から前記第二の透明基板へ、前記第二の反射面とは反対側に位置する前記第二の透明基板の裏面に対応する位置まで延びる側壁と、
前記側壁から前記第二の透明基板の裏面に沿って延びる上壁と、
を有し、
前記第二の透明基板は、前記裏面で前記支持部材の前記上壁と連結される波長可変フィルタ。 - 請求項2記載の波長可変フィルタであって、
前記支持部材は、
前記第一の透明基板上に配置され、前記第二の透明基板を囲む第一のプレートと、
前記第一のプレート上に配置される第二のプレートと、
を備え、
前記側壁は、前記第一のプレートにより構成され、
前記上壁は、前記第二のプレートにより構成される波長可変フィルタ。 - 請求項3記載の波長可変フィルタであって、
前記第一のプレートは、熱収縮を低減するフィラーが混合された接着剤により前記第二のプレートに連結される波長可変フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項記載の波長可変フィルタであって、
前記支持部材は、熱収縮を低減するフィラーが混合された接着剤により前記第一の透明基板及び前記第二の透明基板に連結される波長可変フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項記載の波長可変フィルタを備える光通信機器。
