Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るポンプ装置100について説明する。
本発明の第2実施形態に係るポンプ装置200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態のポンプ装置と同一の構成には、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- 流体圧機器に作動流体を供給するポンプ装置であって、
タンク内の作動流体を吸い込み、作動流体を加圧して吐出流路に吐出するポンプと、
両端部に作用する差圧に応じて動作して前記ポンプから吐出された作動流体の一部を吸込側に還流させる第一弁体を有する流量制御弁と、
前記第一弁体の両端部に作用する前記差圧を目標差圧に調整する差圧調整装置と、を備え、
前記流量制御弁は、
前記第一弁体の一方の端部に臨んで設けられ、前記吐出流路と連通する第一流体圧室と、
前記第一弁体の他方の端部に臨んで設けられ、前記吐出流路と連通する第二流体圧室と、
前記第二流体圧室に圧縮状態で収装され、前記第一弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
を備え、
前記差圧調整装置は、
第二弁体と、
前記第二弁体の一方の端部に臨んで設けられ、かつ前記第二流体圧室に連通する調圧室と、
前記第二弁体の他方の端部に臨んで設けられ、前記吐出流路の圧力が導かれるパイロット室と、を有し、
前記第二弁体は、前記調圧室と前記タンクとを連通または遮断し、
前記調圧室の圧力と前記パイロット室の圧力との差圧が前記目標差圧になるように前記調圧室の圧力が調整されることを特徴とするポンプ装置。 - 前記ポンプ装置は、
前記吐出流路と前記第二流体圧室とを連通する連通路に設けられたオリフィスをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。 - 前記差圧調整装置は、
前記調圧室に圧縮状態で収装され、前記第二弁体を前記調圧室と前記タンクとを連通する開弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記第二弁体を前記調圧室と前記タンクとの接続を遮断する閉弁方向に付勢し、前記閉弁方向に付勢する付勢力が変更可能とされる比例ソレノイドと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポンプ装置。 - 前記目標差圧は、前記ポンプの回転数に応じて調整されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記目標差圧は、前記流体圧機器が要求する圧力に応じて調整されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。
