Description
実施例1と同様の方法により、スルホン酸の位置がジスルホンアミド(disulfonamide、−SO2NHSO2−)linkerを基準としてメタ位にあるモノマーを用いて重合体を製造した。重合体を用いて電解質膜を製造し、純粋膜の陽イオン伝導度およびイオン交換容量(IEC)を測定した結果を下記表2に示した。

Claims (16)
- 下記化学式1で表される芳香族環を含み、
化学式1において、
Qは、下記化学式2または3で表され、
m、n1およびn2はそれぞれ、0〜16の整数であり、
mが2以上の整数の場合、複数のQは、互いに同一または異なり、
R1〜R5のうちの2個〜4個は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立にヒドロキシ基またはハロゲン基であり、残りは、水素であり、
R6は、−SO3H、−SO3 −M+、−COOH、−COO−M+、−PO3H2、−PO3H−M+、−PO3 2−2M+、および下記化学式4で表される基からなる群より選択され、
化学式4において、
R7、R9、R11のうちの少なくとも1つは、−SO3H、−SO3 −M+、−COOH、−COO−M+、−PO3H2、−PO3H−M+、および−PO3 2−2M+からなる群より選択され、残りは、水素であり、
R8およびR10は、水素であり、
は、化学式1のQに結合される部位であり、
Mは、1族元素である、化合物。 - 前記R1〜R5のうちの2個は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立にハロゲン基;またはヒドロキシ基であり、残りは、水素である請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R1〜R5のうちの3個は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立にハロゲン基であり、残りは、水素である請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R1〜R5のうちの4個は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立にハロゲン基であり、残りは、水素である請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R7〜R11のうちの少なくとも1つは、−SO3Hまたは−SO3 −M+であり、残りは、水素であり、前記Mの定義は、化学式1と同じである請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 化学式1で表される化合物が、下記の構造の中から選択されるいずれか1つである、
請求項1に記載の化合物。 - m、n1およびn2はそれぞれ、0〜4の整数であり、
mが2以上の整数の場合、複数のQは、互いに同一または異なり、
R1〜R5のうちの2個〜4個は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立にヒドロキシ基、−F、または−Clであり、残りは、水素であり、
R6は、−SO 3 H、−COOH、および下記化学式4で表される基からなる群より選択され、
化学式4において、
R7、R9、R11のうちの少なくとも1つは、−SO 3 Hであり、残りは水素であり、
R8およびR10は、水素である、請求項1に記載の化合物。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の化合物に由来の単量体を含む重合体。
- 前記重合体は、下記化学式5で表されるものであり、
化学式5において、
pおよびqはそれぞれ、0超過1未満であり、p+q=1である、請求項8に記載の重合体。 - 請求項8に記載の重合体を含む高分子電解質膜。
- 前記高分子電解質膜のイオン交換容量(IEC)値が0.01mmol/g〜7mmol/gである請求項10に記載の高分子電解質膜。
- 前記重合体の重量平均分子量が500以上5,000,000以下(g/mol)である請求項10に記載の高分子電解質膜。
- 前記高分子電解質膜の厚さが1μm以上500μm以下である請求項10に記載の高分子電解質膜。
- アノードと、カソードと、前記アノードと前記カソードとの間に備えられた、請求項10に記載の高分子電解質膜とを含む膜−電極接合体。
- 2以上の、請求項14に記載の膜−電極接合体と、
前記膜−電極接合体の間に備えられるバイポーラプレートを含むスタックと、
前記スタックに燃料を供給する燃料供給部と、
前記スタックに酸化剤を供給する酸化剤供給部とを含む高分子電解質型燃料電池。 - 正極および正極電解液を含む正極セルと、
負極および負極電解液を含む負極セルと、
前記正極セルと前記負極セルとの間に備えられる、請求項10に記載の高分子電解質膜とを含むレドックスフロー電池。
