Claims (5)
- プラットフォームと、前記プラットフォーム上に配置された中空のブレード翼(18)であって、前記ブレード翼(18)が、圧縮側ブレード翼壁部(34)及び吸引側ブレード翼壁部(32)を備え、前記圧縮側ブレード翼壁部(34)及び前記吸引側ブレード翼壁部(32)が、共通の前縁部(28)から共通の後縁部(30)まで、中央に配置された湾曲プロファイル中央線(42)に沿って延在する、ブレード翼(18)と、前記ブレード翼(18)と前記プラットフォーム(16)との間の、外側輪郭プロファイルを示す移行部(36)と、
を有する鋳造された中空のタービンブレード(10)であって、
前記吸引側ブレード翼壁部(32)及び前記圧縮側ブレード翼壁部(34)が、局所的に決定されるブレード壁部厚さ(D)をそれぞれ有し、
前記タービンブレード(10)が、前記移行部(36)の領域において、キャビティを画定する内面を有し、前記内面の輪郭が、前記移行部(36)の領域において略一様なブレード壁部厚さ(D1)となるように、第1の部分(41)の内面に適合される、タービンブレード(10)において、
前記移行部(36)では、前記ブレード翼(18)における前記前縁部(28)の第2の部分(40)上での内面の輪郭プロファイルが、前記第1の部分(41)の前記移行部(36)の前記ブレード壁部厚さ(D1)と比較してブレード壁部厚さ(D2)が前記第2の部分(40)において増大されるように構成されることを特徴とするタービンブレード(10)。 - 前記第2の部分(40)の前記輪郭プロファイルが、径方向軸線(14)に沿って直線形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記プラットフォームが、所定のプラットフォーム壁部厚さ(D3)を有し、前記第2の部分(40)から離れる前記ブレード翼(18)が、所定のブレード壁部厚さ(D)を有し、略一様なブレード壁部厚さを有する前記領域では、所定のプラットフォーム壁部厚さ(D3)に対する所定のブレード壁部厚さ(D)の比率(D/D3)が、0.5から1の間であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 増大されたブレード壁部厚さ(D2)を有する前記第2の部分(40)が、前記前縁部(28)から、前記吸引側ブレード翼壁部(32)及び/又は前記圧縮側ブレード翼壁部(34)に沿って、前記湾曲プロファイル中央線(42)に沿って、前記湾曲プロファイル中央線(42)の長さの15%よりも小さい位置まで延在していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- タービンガイドベーンとして構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
