つまり、トルク低減量は、エンジンの目標角加速度に基づいて決定される。
AppTq(t)=AppTq(t−1)+EmergencyRamp
ここで、
AppTq(t):現在の結合側クラッチ制御トルク
AppTq(t−1):直前の結合側クラッチ制御トルク
EmergencyRamp:トルク追加量
よって、制御サイクルが進むにつれて、前記トルク追加量だけ漸次結合側クラッチ制御トルクが上昇する。

この数式は、現在の結合側クラッチ制御トルクと直前の結合側クラッチ制御トルクとの差の関数によってエンジントルク低減量が決定されることを表現している。

Claims (5)
- パワーオンアップシフトの実変速中であるか否かを判断する実変速判断段階と、
実変速中である場合、エンジン速度が結合側入力軸速度に向かって下降するようにエンジントルクを低減させる第1エンジン協調制御が終了したか否かを判断する協調制御終了判断段階と、
第1エンジン協調制御が終了した場合、エンジンフレアが発生し始めるか否かを判断するフレア判断段階と、
エンジンフレアが発生し始めると判断されると、第2エンジン協調制御を要請し、エンジンのトルクを所定の第1基準時間の間に所定のトルク低減量だけ減少させるエンジントルク低減段階と、
エンジンのトルクが低減すると、結合側クラッチにエンジンフレアが発生していないパワーオンアップシフトの場合より大きいクラッチ制御トルクを適用するトルク追加段階と、
前記結合側クラッチの制御トルク増加量に応じてエンジントルク低減量を減らしてエンジンのトルクを漸進的に上昇させるように要請するエンジントルク上昇段階と、
前記トルク追加段階と前記エンジントルク上昇段階の遂行中に、エンジンの速度が同期速度に到達する同期予測時間が所定の第2基準時間より小さくなると、同期が完了するまで、エンジントルク低減量を同期予測時間の減少に伴って減らし、結合側クラッチをスリップ制御する変速仕上げ段階とを含むことを特徴とする、DCT車両の変速制御方法。 - 前記フレア判断段階では、結合側クラッチのスリップ角加速度が0より大きい場合をフレアが発生し始めると判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記エンジントルク低減段階で、前記エンジンのトルクを減少させる所定のトルク低減量はエンジンの目標角加速度に基づいて計算される値であり、
前記第1基準時間は、前記トルク低減量によってエンジンの角加速度が前記目標角加速度に達するときまでと決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。 - 前記エンジントルク上昇段階は、前記トルク追加段階と共に行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記第2基準時間は、同期がほぼ完了して、エンジントルク低減量を取り除き且つ変速を仕上げることに必要な時間を考慮して設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。
