前記取得された空調運転データと、前記取得された部屋情報と、前記取得された環境情報データと、に基づいて算出された、前記部屋の構成要素ごとで流入又は流出する熱量である熱フローを示す熱負荷データと、
前記設置済み空調機とこれから前記部屋に設置される候補となる設置候補空調機との空調能力データと、前記熱負荷データと、に基づいて、前記部屋で流入又は流出すると推定される熱量であり、かつ、前記設置候補空調機を、前記設置済み空調機が設置されている位置に設置した場合に生じると推定される前記部屋の熱フロー、を示す推定熱負荷データと、
を出力する出力手段と、を備える。
本実施形態にかかる空調運転解析装置は、空調対象の部屋の構成を示す部屋情報と、空調機の空調運転データと、また空調対象の部屋に設置されたセンサ(温度計など)から取得される環境情報データとを記録する機能を備える。また、この空調運転解析装置は、部屋情報と、記録されている空調運転データと、記録されている環境情報データとに基づいて、部屋の中においてどのような熱のフローがあるかをシミュレーションし、部屋に設置された各構成要素(窓や換気など)の熱負荷を示す熱負荷データを算出し、出力する。出力された熱負荷データには、空調対象の部屋における熱フロー、すなわち、部屋にあるどの構成要素からどの程度の熱量が供給され、またどの構成要素からどの程度の熱量が流出しているかといった、熱負荷を示す情報が含まれる。そのため、熱負荷データを参照することで、空調対象の部屋において、例えばどの熱源からどの程度の熱量が供給され、またどの構成要素からどの程度の熱量が排出されているかを知ることができる。

- 部屋に設置された設置済み空調機の空調運転データを取得する空調運転データ取得手段と、
前記部屋の構成を示す部屋情報を取得する部屋情報取得手段と、
前記部屋に設けられたセンサから環境情報データを取得する環境情報データ取得手段と、
前記取得された空調運転データと、前記取得された部屋情報と、前記取得された環境情報データと、に基づいて算出された、前記部屋の構成要素ごとで流入又は流出する熱量である熱フローを示す熱負荷データと、
前記設置済み空調機とこれから前記部屋に設置される候補となる設置候補空調機との空調能力データと、前記熱負荷データと、に基づいて、前記部屋で流入又は流出すると推定される熱量であり、かつ、前記設置候補空調機を、前記設置済み空調機が設置されている位置に設置した場合に生じると推定される前記部屋の熱フロー、を示す推定熱負荷データと、
を出力する出力手段と、を備える、

請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空調運転解析装置。 - 部屋に設置された設置済み空調機の空調運転データと、当該部屋の構成を示す部屋情報と、当該部屋に設けられたセンサにより取得された環境情報データと、に基づいて算出された、前記部屋の構成要素ごとで流入又は流出する熱量である熱フローを示す熱負荷データと、
前記設置済み空調機とこれから前記部屋に設置される候補となる設置候補空調機との空調能力データと、前記熱負荷データと、に基づいて、前記部屋で流入又は流出すると推定される熱量であり、かつ、前記設置候補空調機を、前記設置済み空調機が設置されている位置に設置した場合に生じると推定される前記部屋の熱フロー、を示す推定熱負荷データと、
を出力する出力手段、を備える、
空調運転解析装置。 - コンピュータに、
部屋に設置された設置済み空調機の空調運転データを取得する空調運転データ取得手順、
前記部屋の構成を示す部屋情報を取得する部屋情報取得手順、
前記部屋に設けられたセンサから環境情報データを取得する環境情報データ取得手順、及び、
前記取得された空調運転データと、前記取得された部屋情報と、前記取得された環境情報データと、に基づいて算出された、前記部屋の構成要素ごとで流入又は流出する熱量である熱フローを示す熱負荷データと、
前記設置済み空調機とこれから前記部屋に設置される候補となる設置候補空調機との空調能力データと、前記熱負荷データと、に基づいて、前記部屋で流入又は流出すると推定される熱量であり、かつ、前記設置候補空調機を、前記設置済み空調機が設置されている位置に設置した場合に生じると推定される前記部屋の熱フロー、を示す推定熱負荷データと、
を出力する出力手順、
を実行させるプログラム。
