Description
(1)タイヤ内面に2つに分離できる一対の機械的留め具のうちの一方の留め具を有し、該一方の留め具が少なくとも2つ以上の部材からなるものであり、該2つ以上の部材が、樹脂または樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物からなる樹脂組成物を含む固定用部材を挟んで固定され、前記固定用部材は、2種類の樹脂層で構成される、または、樹脂層に金属からなる金属層が積層されてなると共に、タイヤ内面と相対する側のみにアンカー素子を備え、該アンカー素子はタイヤ内面に少なくとも一部が埋没していることを特徴とするタイヤ。
(2)前記固定用部材のアンカー素子が設置された側の面の表面積は、アンカー素子が設置されていない側の面の表面積の1.3〜50倍の範囲であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(3)前記固定用部材の見かけ面積が、前記留め具の投影面積に対して20〜500倍であることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(4)前記アンカー素子の高さ(mm)と、留め具個数当たりのアンカー素子本数(本/個)及び前記留め具を介して取付けられた物体の質量(g)が、下記(a)式を満たす関係にあることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。

(5)前記固定用部材のタイヤに相対する側のアンカー素子間に補強繊維が配置され、前記留め具は固定用部材と補強繊維を挟んで設置されていることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(6)前記固定用部材のタイヤに相対する側のアンカー素子の表面にコロナ処理またはプラズマ処理が施されてなることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
図1(a)、(b)に示したように、本発明の空気入りタイヤ1は、タイヤ内面2に2つに分離できる一対の機械的留め具のうちの一方の留め具3を有し、該一方の留め具が少なくとも2つ以上の部材3a、3bからなるものであり、該2つ以上の部材3a、3bが、樹脂または樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物からなる樹脂組成物からなる固定用部材7を挟んで固定され、前記固定用部材7は、タイヤ内面2と相対する側のみにアンカー素子8を備え、該アンカー素子8はタイヤ内面2に少なくとも一部が埋没していることを特徴とする。

機械的留め具の固定用部材として、本発明にかかるアンカー素子あり(実施例1)、アンカー素子なし(比較例1)の2種類の空気入りタイヤ(2700R49)を製造した。
固定用部材としては、実施例1品は、図2(d)に示した形態のアンカー素子を有するものであり(アンカー素子高さ3.0mm、アンカー素子本数3000本/個、固定用部材の見かけ面積=5500mm2 、留め具の投影面積=78.6mm2 、固定用部材の見かけ面積が留め具の投影面積の70倍)、該固定用部材の全体形状は円形状である。また、該固定用部材のアンカー素子が設置された側の表面積は44000mm2 であり、アンカー素子が設置されていない側の表面積は、5420mm2 であり、固定用部材のアンカー素子が設置された側の表面積は、アンカー素子が設置されていない側の表面積の8倍であった。

Claims (6)
- タイヤ内面に2つに分離できる一対の機械的留め具のうちの一方の留め具を有し、該一方の留め具が少なくとも2つ以上の部材からなるものであり、該2つ以上の部材が、樹脂または樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物からなる樹脂組成物を含む固定用部材を挟んで固定され、前記固定用部材は、2種類の樹脂層で構成される、または、樹脂層に金属からなる金属層が積層されてなると共に、タイヤ内面と相対する側のみにアンカー素子を備え、該アンカー素子はタイヤ内面に少なくとも一部が埋没していることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記固定用部材のアンカー素子が設置された側の表面積は、アンカー素子が設置されていない側の表面積の1.3〜50倍の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記固定用部材の見かけ面積が、前記留め具の投影面積に対して20〜500倍であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記アンカー素子の高さ(mm)と、留め具個数当たりのアンカー素子本数(本/個)及び前記留め具を介して取付けられた物体の質量(g)が、下記(a)式を満たす関係にあることを特徴とする請求得1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(アンカー素子高さ×アンカー素子本数)/取付け物体の質量=2〜75 ……(a)式 - 前記固定用部材のタイヤに相対する側のアンカー素子間に補強繊維が配置され、前記留め具は固定用部材と補強繊維を挟んで設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記固定用部材のタイヤに相対する側のアンカー素子の表面にコロナ処理またはプラズマ処理が施されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
