Description
特許文献1に記載の試薬庫は、上部が開閉可能に構成されたハウジングを備える。内部の試薬容器テーブルの下方に熱伝導性の高い部材を備え、試薬容器の側方部は前記部材よりも熱伝導性の低い部材とすることで、ハウジングの蓋を開閉させた時に、相対的に試薬容器側方の結露発生を防ぎ、試薬庫内に試薬容器をセットする際の試薬容器への結露水の付着を抑制することが開示されている。
本発明は、上記のような試薬容器保存装置において、試薬容器保存装置内の上下の温度差を低減することができる自動分析装置を提供することを目的とする。

Claims (8)
- 試薬容器を冷却する試薬容器保存装置を備える自動分析装置であって、
前記試薬容器保存装置は、
底面又は側面の少なくとも一方が一次冷却源により冷却され、試薬容器を格納する試薬庫と、
前記試薬庫を蓋う試薬庫カバーと、
前記試薬庫カバーの内側に設けられて前記試薬庫に格納された試薬容器を蓋うように配置され、前記試薬庫と熱的に接続された伝達部材と、を備え、
前記試薬庫カバーと前記伝達部材は、さらに前記試薬容器保存装置の内外を連通する分注穴を有し、
前記伝達部材と熱的に接続され、前記分注穴から前記試薬容器保存装置の内部に流入する外気を遮る遮蔽部材を有する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記試薬庫カバーと前記伝達部材との間に断熱部材が設けられる自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記伝達部材は、前記試薬庫の底面および側面を構成する部材よりも剛性が小さく、大きな熱伝導率を持つ自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記試薬容器保存装置は、当該試薬容器保存装置内の空気を循環する送風部を備え、
前記送風部は、前記試薬庫の底面に対して0<X<90°の範囲で傾いた方向から当該底面に対して送風する構造である自動分析装置。 - 請求項5に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記遮蔽部材は前記分注穴と前記送風部との間に配置される自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記伝達部材は、前記伝達部材に熱的に接続されかつ当該伝達部材の前記試薬庫内部の面に設置されたヒートシンクを有する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記試薬容器保存装置内の機構を駆動させる駆動源を備え、
前記駆動源は、前記伝達部材の上方に配置される、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記遮蔽部材は前記分注穴の周囲を囲むように配置されている、自動分析装置。
