Description
・詰め込みプロセスでは、触媒粒子の破損を回避しなければならない。そうした破損があると、特に動作中の圧力降下が増すことになり、プロセスの性能に影響する。
・詰め込みプロセスは、できる限り速くなければならない。触媒交換のための中断時間が延びると、生産損失により多大な経済的不利益が生じかねない。
・プロセスで多数の管が用いられる場合、すべての管にわたって圧力降下が等しくなるようにするため、異なる管の詰め込み密度は一様でなければならない。これは供給の配分がすべての管に対して等しくなるようにするために必要であるが、これは、対称性に依拠することで、すべての管について等しい流量、ひいては等しい温度性能および触媒性能を達成する。
a)反応器管1の形状および大きさ、特に直径
b)詰められる触媒の種類の空力特性
c)上昇空気流の状態−上昇空気流の圧力および温度は空気の密度に影響し、従って空気が落下粒子に及ぼす抗力に影響する
d)残りの落下高さ−管が充填されるにつれて落下高さは減り、粒子が一定の速度で衝突するのに必要な抗力が小さくなる
e)必要な衝撃速度
Claims (10)
- 底部に外側への開口を有する少なくとも1つの円筒形状の垂直な容器(1、1’)に粒状物質(7)を詰めるプロセスであり、
前記容器に上昇空気流を引き起こし、
前記粒状物質が前記上昇空気流に対して向流的に下向きに落下するような方法で前記粒状物質を前記容器の上部から前記容器に詰める
ことを含むプロセスであって、
前記粒状物質が詰められる際に、充填される前記容器(1、1’)の内側に物理デバイスまたは給気導管が存在せず、
前記上昇空気流が、前記容器の前記底部開口から供給され、真空系を用いて前記容器の上部から空気を吸引することによって引き起こされ、
前記容器を出る際の空気流速を空気流測定システム(5)を用いて監視し、かつ、詰められた粒状物質の量を粒子流量測定デバイス(10)を用いて監視することにより、前記粒状物質の詰め込み時に前記容器(1、1’)に引き起こされる前記上昇空気流が、粒子の衝撃速度を一定に保つように詰め込み動作全体を通じて制御される
ことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記容器の上部出口に接続された真空系を用いて前記容器の上部から空気が吸引される請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記粒状物質の詰め込み時に前記容器(1、1’)に引き起こされる前記上昇空気流が、粒子の衝撃速度を1m/sないし10m/sに保たれるように詰め込み動作全体を通じて制御される請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記容器に供給される粒子の経時的な量が、前記粒子流量測定デバイスを用いて正確に制御かつ測定される請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記容器は、管形状を有する請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記容器が最大300mmの内径を有する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記容器が、50mmないし150mmの範囲の内径を有する請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記容器が5mないし15mの範囲の高さを有する請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記粒状物質が触媒粒子を含み、前記少なくとも1つの容器が、化学プロセス、石油化学プロセス、または石油精製プロセスに用いられる1つ以上の円筒形状の垂直な反応器管からなる請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器が、水素製造のための、水蒸気/ガス改質炉内の複数の垂直な反応器管からなる請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
