Description
グエレメント14は、上記部分の法線方向によって溝15において可動となるように設けられている。その結果、カバー11および支持部12が相対的に移動する場合、上記部分16は、結果として生じるトルクを制限するため最適化される溝15においてシーリングエレメント14を移動させる力を有する。
・部分16との摩擦接触を向上させるため丸い形状を有する端部と、
・類似する形状を有する溝15と係合する長方形土台と、
・上記端部を上記土台に接続する部材21のブリッジとを有し、上記ブリッジは縮小した断面を有し、上記土台に対して上記端部が留められ、変形することを可能とする。
では、シーリングエレメント14は、柔軟物質が例えば成形などによって嵌め込まれる堅い骨組みを用いて強化されてもよい。
6は、溝15に対向して設けられ、摩擦接触と、上記溝の内側におけるシーリングエレメント14の動きを確実にするために充分な軸方向隙間を有している。
Claims (3)
- 自動車用サスペンションストップであって、上記自動車用サスペンションストップは上方カップ(1)と下方カップ(2)と回転体(4)とを備え、
上記回転体(4)は上記上方カップ(1)および下方カップ(2)の間に配置され、回転体(4)は相対的に回転可能であり、上記上方カップ(1)および下方カップ(2)は少なくともそれらの間の環状空間で離間するように嵌め込まれ、
上記自動車用サスペンションストップは、さらにシーリングエレメント(14)を備え、上記シーリングエレメント(14)はカップ(1,2)のそれぞれと摩擦接触するように上記環状空間に配置され、上記シーリングエレメント(14)はカップ(1,2)の両方に対して固定されずに設けられており、
上記上方カップ(1)および上記下方カップ(2)のそれぞれはワッシャ(5,6)を備え、上記ワッシャ(5,6)はそれぞれ上記回転体(4)に対する下方および上方ベアリングリングを有し、
上記自動車用サスペンションストップは、上方ワッシャ(5)に係合されたカバー部(11)と、下方ワッシャ(6)に係合された支持部(12)とを有し、上記環状空間は上記カバー部(11)と上記支持部(12)との間に位置しており、
上記環状空間は、上記支持部(12)に形成された少なくとも1つの環状溝(15)を有し、
上記シーリングエレメント(14)は、上記環状溝(15)内において可動であるように嵌め込まれ、上記カバー部(11)と摩擦接触し、
上記シーリングエレメント(14)の表面と、上記環状溝(15)の内面との間に隙間が形成されており、
上記シーリングエレメント(14)は、硬質熱可塑性物質からなり、
上記環状空間は、上記シーリングエレメント(14)が摩擦接触する上記カバー部(11)の部分(16)によって規定され、上記シーリングエレメント(14)は、上記部分(16)の表面の法線方向に、上記環状溝(15)において可動となるように設けられていることを特徴とする、サスペンションストップ。 - 上記環状溝(15)は放射状に延び、上記シーリングエレメント(14)と上記環状溝(15)との間の上記隙間は放射状隙間として形成され、上記シーリングエレメント(14)が上記環状溝(15)内で放射状に可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサスペンションストップ。
- 上記支持部(12)には2つの上記環状溝が設けられており、当該2つの環状溝内には、上記シーリングエレメント(14)が位置し、上記カップ(1,2)のそれぞれと摩擦接触し、上記カップ(1,2)の両方に対して可動に設けられており、
2つの上記環状溝は、上記支持部(12)の内側と外側とに設けられており、
上記内側とは、上記支持部(12)における上記自動車用サスペンションストップの回転軸に近い側であり、上記外側とは該回転軸から遠い側であることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションストップ。
