Claims (3)
- 排気系(38)に下流端部が接続されるとともに二次空気弁(47)が中間部に介設される二次空気導管(46)の上流端部が、浄化室(57)内に通じるようにしてクリーナケース(53,78)に接続される内燃機関用エアクリーナにおいて、
前記浄化室(57)内のうち前記二次空気導管(46)との接続部を含む領域が、前記浄化室(57)の一部を構成する二次空気用別室(62,82)として、前記浄化室(57)内のエアを前記二次空気導管(46)に送出可能に仕切られ、この二次空気用別室(62,82)が仕切られた前記浄化室(57)内に、機関本体(22)側に空気を導くコネクティングチューブ(40)の上流端が開口して、その上流端開口部(40a)が、前記浄化室(57)および未浄化室(56)間に介在するクリーナエレメント(55)と、前記二次空気用別室(62,82)との間に配置され、前記浄化室(57)内に、ブローバイガスが導入されるブローバイガス用別室(63,83)が前記二次空気用別室(62,82)に隣接して形成され、前記二次空気用別室(62,82)および前記ブローバイガス用別室(63,83)を前記クリーナケース(53,78)と協働して構成する仕切壁(67,87)が、前記二次空気用別室(62,82)および前記ブローバイガス用別室(63,83)に共通な共通壁部(67a,88)を有し、当該共通壁部(67a,88)が前記二次空気用別室(62,82)および前記ブローバイガス用別室(63,83)を隔てる位置に配置されることを特徴とする内燃機関用エアクリーナ。 - 前記二次空気用別室(62,82)の壁面の一部が前記クリーナケース(53,78)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用エアクリーナ。
- 前記仕切壁(67,87)が、前記クリーナケース(53,78)の内面に突設された突出部(66,86)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関用エアクリーナ。
