Description
− 軸方向延伸比(ASR)が3から3.4(限界値を含む);
− フープ延伸比(HSR)が3.8から4.4(限界値を含む);
− 総延伸比(TSR)が11.4から15.0(限界値を含む)であり、ここでTSR=ASR×HSRである。
a)L<100mmのときはL/t<45であり、
b)Lが100mm以上のときはL/t<50であり、
ここで、Lはmmで表すプリフォームの全長であり、tはmmで表すプリフォームの厚さである。
− 粘性を低下させるために所与の限度内で溶融PETの温度を上昇させること。しかし、このことは、不利な点として、プラスチック材料の腐食(decay)が進み、ボトルに収容された水の味を悪くするアセトアルデヒドを生成させること;時間サイクルを長くし機械の生産性を低下させる、冷却時間が長くなること;ばりを形成し型割り線を強調する傾向が強まること;を意味する。
− 射出圧力を上昇させること。しかし、このことは、機械的な点から、プレスベッドを閉じる力を含む、稼働中の全ての力が増大し、その結果、型も機械も摩耗および機械故障が増大することを意味する。製品の観点から、ばりを形成し型割り線を強調する傾向が強まる。最後に、化学的観点から、非常に望ましくないアセトアルデヒドの生成が大幅に増加し、その存在は最終容器にも見られる。
− キャップをネジ留めするための、ネジ山付き端部分と、
− 前記ネジ山付き端部分の下の、ネックリングと、
− 第1の所定の外径、および同じゾーンではブロー成形後のボトルの厚さと実質的に等しい厚さt1の壁を有する、第1の円筒形の連結セグメントと、
− ブロー成形動作の前に加熱されることが意図された、プリフォーム本体と
を順に画定し、
プリフォーム本体は、
− 長手方向軸に関して第1の角度だけテーパ状になる外壁、および長手方向軸に関して第2の角度だけテーパ状になる内壁を有し、長手方向軸上に投影される所定の長さH3を有する、第2の連結セグメントと、
− 前記第1の外径より小さい第2の外径および第1の厚さt1より大きい第2の所定の厚さt2を有する、円筒形セグメントと、
− プリフォームの第2の端部を閉じる、底部と
を画定する、
プリフォームにおいて、
− 第2の厚さt2は1.9mm未満であり、
− 第1の角度は6から17°であり、
− 第2の角度は9から21°であり、
− 長さH3は10から20mmである
ことを特徴とする、プリフォーム
を作製することによって前述の目的を達成する。
− 適切な材料特性を従来技術と同等に維持しながら、既知の技術では重量10から20gであるボトルの最終容器の総重量を5から10グラムさらに減らすこと;
− 最適の設計プロセスの変化の影響をあまり受けずに良好なボトルの結果を得るように、ブロー成形のプロセスウィンドウがより広い、すなわち、パラメータの変動性の範囲がより広いこと;
− 延伸ロッドとプリフォーム本体の内側との間の干渉または接触のリスクが低くなること;
− ブロー成形前にプリフォームがとらなければならない温度がより低いので成形機の効率が高くなること;
− 真珠光沢および型割り線を大幅に低減させることによって最終容器の質が良くなること;
− 容器を生産するためのエネルギー消費が低くなること。
− 移行セグメント5の外面21と環状部分10の外面の延長部分20との間の、軸Xを含む断面上に画定される角度αは、6から17°であり、
− 移行セグメント5の内面22と環状部分10の外面の延長部分20との間の、前記断面上に画定される角度βは、9から21°であり、
− 軸Xに沿った移行セグメント5の長さH3は10と20mmとの間になるように構成される。
第2の厚さt2は1.2から1.9mmであり、第1の角度(α)は6°から13.5°であり、第2の角度(β)は9°から16°であり、長さH3は14から20mmである。
Claims (2)
- 体積1L未満、重量16g未満のPETボトルを延伸−ブロー成形動作によって生産するためのプラスチック材料製のプリフォームであって、前記プリフォームは、長手方向軸(X)を画定し、前記プリフォームの第1の端部に円筒形のネック(3)を備え、
− キャップをネジ留めするための、ネジ山付き端部分(8)と、
− 前記ネジ山付き端部分(8)の下の、ネックリング(9)と、
− 第1の所定の外径、および前記PETボトルにおける第1の円筒形の連結セグメントの壁の厚さと実質的に等しい第1の厚さ(t1)を有する壁を有する、第1の円筒形の連結セグメント(10)と、
− 前記ブロー成形動作の前に加熱されることが意図された、プリフォーム本体と
を順に画定し、
前記プリフォーム本体は、
− 前記長手方向軸(X)に関して第1の角度(α)だけテーパ状になる外壁(21)、および前記長手方向軸(X)に関して第2の角度(β)だけテーパ状になる内壁(22)を有し、前記長手方向軸(X)上に所定の長さ(H3)を有する、第2の連結セグメント(5)と、
− 前記第1の外径より小さい第2の外径および前記第1の厚さ(t1)より大きい第2の厚さ(t2)を有する、円筒形セグメント(4)と、
− 前記プリフォーム(2)の第2の端部を閉じる底部(6)と
を画定し、
前記第1の角度(α)は6から10°である、
前記プリフォームにおいて、
− 前記第2の厚さ(t2)は1.4から1.7mmであり、
− 前記第2の角度(β)は9から13°であり、
− 前記長さ(H3)は14から18.5mmである
ことを特徴とする、プリフォーム。 - 総重量が5から10gである、請求項1に記載のプリフォーム。
