Description
‐空洞(または複数存在するときは複数の空洞)を注入材料によって充填するのが困難であるという事実に起因する製造方法における不安定性の問題、流体材料の進行、空洞壁部へのその粘着および最終品質は、制御が困難なパラメータであり、また、それは各々のグレージングの再現性が存在しないという問題を生じさせ、この不安定性によって、しばしば、成形シール部分の表面が滑らかではなく、特に挿入材の近傍でしわが寄るか、または、ざらざらになるか、または、気泡を伴うことになる、
‐挿入材中の孔(または複数の孔)が鋳型内でのその位置決定に使用されるとき、空洞の内部を通るこの(またはこれらの)孔の位置へのシール材料の到達は、挿入材の位置決定を変更することがあるので、ガラス要素に対する挿入材の位置決定の信頼性の問題。
‐ステンレス鋼、または、
‐腐食防止処理鋼(しかし、必ずしも電気泳動を強いるものではなく、例えば、予備亜鉛メッキによる)、または、
‐例えば、ガラス繊維充填ポリアミド(例えば、PA66FV)のような、場合によっては充填材で強化されたプラスチック材料。

Claims (12)
- ガラス要素(2)、少なくとも一つの成形シール部分(3)、および前記成形シール部分(3)の内部に少なくとも一部分が位置する少なくとも一つの挿入材(4)を備え、前記挿入材(4)が、横断面において、それ自体でループの形状に閉じ、また空洞(40)を形成する断面を前記成形シール部分(3)内にある主要部分(P)に沿って有する、グレージング(1)であって、前記主要部分(P)は、溶接によって、または、補足接合手段(6)によって、長手方向のプレートをそれ自体で折り曲げて長手方向の接合に沿って閉じることによって形成され、前記主要部分(P)は、少なくとも一つの端部(44、45)に、前記端部を閉じる栓(5)を備え、ガラス要素の表面上に、挿入材が、接着コーティングを介して、したがって、ガラス要素および前記成形シール部分と間接的に接触する挿入材の一つの側面とともに配置され、その成形シール部分は挿入材の外側輪郭の残りの部分の周囲に存在することを特徴とするグレージング。
- 前記栓(5)は、前記端部(44、45)の内側断面(Si)に等しいか、さらに大きい外側断面を有する本体(50)を有するはめ込み部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記栓(5)は、長手方向断面がU字型の形状を有するはめ込み部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記栓(5)は、前記端部(44、45)の内側面と接触する少なくとも一つの面を備え、のこぎりの刃の形状であるはめ込み部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記栓(5)は、前記端部(44、45)の外側断面(Se)に等しいか、さらに大きい外側断面を有するヘッド(51)を有するはめ込み部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記栓(5)は、少なくとも部分的に発泡材料製であり、前記端部の断面を充填する前記栓の発泡材料を有するはめ込み部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記端部(44、45)は、少なくとも一つの孔(46)を備え、前記孔(46)は、前記栓(5)によって前記挿入材の内側面で塞がれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記栓(5)は、前記主要部分の前記端部に、前記挿入材(4)のウィングの折り曲げおよび溶接によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記主要部分(P)の前記端部(44、45)が、前記成形シール部分(3)内に完全に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記接合手段(6)は、前記挿入材(4)と前記ガラス要素(2)の面との間に配置された接着剤層または粘着テープであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記主要部分(P)は、対向する両端部(44、45)に、前記両端部を閉じる栓(5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のグレージング(1)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つによるグレージング(1)の製造方法であって、前記グレージング(1)は、ガラス要素(2)、少なくとも一つの成形シール部分(3)、および前記成形シール部分(3)の内部に少なくとも一部分が位置する少なくとも一つの挿入材(4)を備え、前記挿入材(4)が、横断面において、それ自体でループの形状に閉じ、また空洞(40)を形成する断面を前記成形シール部分(3)内にある主要部分(P)に沿って有し、前記方法は前記ガラス要素(2)および前記挿入材(4)を鋳型部分内で位置決定し、前記鋳型の空洞内で前記成形シール部分を形成する段階を含み、前記挿入材(4)を前記鋳型部分内に位置決定する前に、少なくとも一つの端部(44、45)で、栓(5)によって前記主要部分(P)を閉じることを特徴とする方法。
