前記絶縁被膜の表面から第1の深さから第2の深さまでの領域において、全元素に対する、Oと結合したFeの割合(原子%)をCFe-O、Pの割合(原子%)をCPとしたとき、「Q=CFe-O/CP」で表されるパラメータQの最大値が平均値の1.09倍以上1.3倍以下であり、
前記第1の深さは前記表面から20nmの深さであり、
前記第2の深さはPの割合が金属Feの割合と等しい深さであることを特徴とする電磁鋼板。
前記パラメータQの平均値が0.4以上0.8以下であることを特徴とする(1)に記載の電磁鋼板。
前記絶縁被膜が有機樹脂を含有することを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載の電磁鋼板。

Claims (3)
- 電磁鋼の母材と、
前記母材の表面に形成された、6価クロムを含まず、多価金属りん酸塩及びFeを含む絶縁被膜と、
を有し、
前記絶縁被膜の表面から第1の深さから第2の深さまでの領域において、全元素に対する、Oと結合したFeの割合(原子%)をCFe-O、Pの割合(原子%)をCPとしたとき、「Q=CFe-O/CP」で表されるパラメータQの最大値が平均値の1.09倍以上1.3倍以下であり、
前記第1の深さは前記表面から20nmの深さであり、
前記第2の深さはPの割合が金属Feの割合と等しい深さであることを特徴とする電磁鋼板。 - 前記パラメータQの平均値が0.4以上0.8以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁鋼板。
- 前記絶縁被膜が有機樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電磁鋼板。
