Description

Claims (7)
- 回転弁アクチュエータであって、
第1のピストン、および前記第1のピストンと反対側に位置する第2のピストンを収容するハウジングであって、前記第1のピストン及び前記第2のピストンが互いに反対方向に動くことにより、回転弁アクチュエータの弁軸を回転させるようにしてなるハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で前記第1のピストンと前記第2のピストンの間に画定される内室と、
前記回転弁アクチュエータのストロークの一部のみに対して前記第1のピストン及び前記第2のピストンの運動を遅くするように動作可能に構成された制動装置と、を備え、
前記内室と、第1の流体経路と、を流体的に接続する第1の開口部と、
前記第1のピストンに接続された封鎖部材と、
前記内室と、第2の流体経路と、第3の流体経路と、を流体的に接続する第2の開口部と、を備え、
前記封鎖部材は、ホルダに接続されたたわみ部材を備えており、
前記第1のピストンは、前記第1の開口部を通る流体の流れを可能とする第1の位置と、前記回転弁アクチュエータのストロークの前記一部に渡り、前記第1のピストン及び前記第2のピストンの動作を遅くするために、前記第1の開口部を通る流体の流れを実質的に制限する第2の位置との間で、前記封鎖部材を移動させ、
前記内室から流体が除去される場合、前記封鎖部材が前記第1の位置にある時には、前記第1の流体経路は、前記第1の開口部および前記内室を排出口に接続して前記内室から流体を除去または排出し、前記封鎖部材が前記第2の位置にある時には、前記第2の流体経路は、前記第2の開口部および前記内室を流量リストリクタと前記排出口とに接続して前記内室から流体を除去または排出し、
流体供給源から加圧流体が前記内室に供給される場合、前記封鎖部材が前記第2の位置にある時には、前記第3の流体経路は、前記内室を当該流体供給源に接続して前記加圧流体を当該流体供給源から前記内室に供給し、前記第3の流体経路が、流体が当該流体供給源から前記内室への第1の方向で前記第3の流体経路を通って流れることを可能とし、前記内室から前記排出口への第2の方向で前記第3の流体経路を通る流体の流れを阻止するように配置された一方向弁を備える、回転弁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載の回転弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記封鎖部材が前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記流量リストリクタが前記第2の流体経路を流れる流量を制限して、当該流量を、前記封鎖部材が前記第1の位置にあるときの前記内室と前記第1の開口部との間の流量よりも少なくする、回転弁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の回転弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記第1のピストンは、前記弁軸と噛み合う第1の本体部を含み、
前記封鎖部材は、前記第1のピストンの前記第1の本体部に接続されている、回転弁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項3に記載の回転弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記第1の本体部は前記封鎖部材を収容するスロットを有する回転弁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記封鎖部材はパッドを備えている回転弁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1乃至5に記載の回転弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記たわみ部材はバネを備えている回転弁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載の回転弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記封鎖部材は、前記第1の位置で、前記内室と前記排出口との間の流体の流れを可能とし、前記第2の位置で、前記内室と前記排出口との間の流体の流れを実質的に制限する、回転弁アクチュエータ。
