Description
a)成形装置(11、21、41)のキャビティ(16、24、43)内に少なくとも1つの補強材料を準備する工程、
b)少なくとも1つの出発材料を容器(100)に準備する工程、
c)成形装置(11、21、41)への容器(100)を挿入する工程、
d)少なくとも1つの出発材料を容器(100)からキャビティ(16、24、43)へ導入する工程、ここで、少なくとも1つの出発材料が少なくとも1つの補強材料を少なくとも或る程度浸透する、
e)少なくとも1つの出発材料を少なくとも1つの補強材料と共に硬化させ強化プラスチック部材を得る工程、及び、
f)強化プラスチック部材を脱型する工程。
−補強材料を受けるための成形装置(11、21、41)の1つのキャビティ(16、24,43)、
−少なくとも1つの出発材料のための少なくとも1つの容器(100)を受けるための収容デバイス、
−容器(100)からの少なくとも1つの出発材料の輸送のための輸送装置(4)、
−少なくとも1つの出発材料のための、収容デバイスとキャビティ(16、24、43)との間に配置された混合ユニット(3)。
b)少なくとも1つの出発材料を容器(100)に準備する工程、
c)成形装置(11、21、41)へ容器(100)を挿入する工程、 d)少なくとも1つの出発材料を容器(100)からキャビティ(16、24,43)へ導入する工程、ここで、少なくとも1つの出発材料が少なくとも1つの補強材料を少なくとも或る程度浸透する、
e)少なくとも1つの出発材料を少なくとも1つの補強材料と共に硬化させ強化プラスチック部材を得る工程、及び、
f)強化プラスチック部材を脱型する工程。
−補強材料を受けるための成形装置(11、21、41)の1つのキャビティ((16、24、43)、
−少なくとも1つの出発材料のための少なくとも1つの容器(100)を受けるための収容デバイス、
−容器から少なくとも1つの出発材料の輸送のための輸送装置(4)、及び、
−少なくとも1つの出発物質のための、収容デバイスとキャビティ(16、24、43)との間に配置された混合ユニット(3)、を有する
の出発材料が、2つの容器の内の1つ容器の混合ユニット(3)において結合することを提供する。したがって、2つの容器(100)の内の1つの混合ユニット(3)を省略することも可能である。
ii)少なくとも1つの容器(100)中の少なくとも1つの出発材料、及び、
iii)少なくとも1つの出発材料に有効な少なくとも1つの活性化剤、及び/又は少なくとも1つの出発物質に有効な少なくとも1つの触媒。
i)少なくとも1つの出発材料に対して化学的及び/又は物理的に調整された表面改質を有する少なくとも1つの補強材料、
ii)少なくとも1つの容器(100)中の少なくとも1つの出発材料、及び、
iii)少なくとも1つの出発材料に有効な少なくとも1つの活性化剤、及び/又は少なくとも1つの出発材料に有効な少なくとも1つの触媒、を有する。
Claims (16)
- 強化プラスチック部材を製造するための方法であって、
a)成形装置(11、21、41)のキャビティ(16、24、43)内に少なくとも1つの補強材料を準備する工程、
b)少なくとも1つの出発材料を容器(100)に準備し、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料が前記容器(100)に貯蔵され輸送される工程、
c)前記成形装置(11、21、41)へ前記容器(100)を挿入する工程、
d)前記少なくとも1つの出発材料を前記容器(100)から前記キャビティ(16、24,43)へ直接導入し、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料は、混合ユニット(3)を通過し、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料は、前記少なくとも1つの補強材料を少なくとも或る程度浸透する工程、
e)前記少なくとも1つの出発材料を前記浸透された少なくとも1つの補強材料と共に硬化させ強化プラスチック部材を得る工程、及び、
f)前記強化プラスチック部材を脱型する工程、の各工程を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記工程b)において、少なくとも1つの第1の出発材料が第1の容器(100a)に提供され、1つの第2の出発材料が第2の容器(100b)に提供される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前に、前記第1の容器(100a)又は前記容器(100)の第1のチャンバ(1)からの前記少なくとも第1の出発材料と、前記第2の容器(100b)又は前記容器(100)の第2のチャンバ(2)からの前記第2の出発材料が前記混合ユニット(3)内で互いに混合される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出発材料の体積は、本質的に、前記成形装置(11、21、42)の前記キャビティ(16、24、43)の空き体積に対応する請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前、前記工程d)において、又は前記工程e)の前に、前記出発材料が、特に熱的に、化学的に、及び/又は機械的に活性化される請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出発材料が、活性化剤及び/又は触媒を付加的に含む請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の容器(100a)内の前記第1の出発材料が活性化剤を付加的に含み、及び/又は前記第2の容器(100b)内の前記第2の出発材料が付加的に触媒を含む請求項2から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)において、少なくとも1つの活性化剤及び/又は少なくとも1つの触媒が、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料に添加される請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)における導入が、ピストン(4)によって、前記キャビティ(16)内の減圧によって、又は圧搾ロールによって達成され、前記容器(100)内の前記少なくとも1つの出発材料に作用する請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(100)が、管状バッグ、二重チャンバーバッグ、カートリッジ、カプセル、ドラム、ビーカー、シリンダー、容器、パッド及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において提供される前記少なくとも1つの出発材料がカプロラクタムを含む請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 強化プラスチック部材を製造するための装置であって、
−補強材料を受けるための成形装置(11、21、41)の少なくとも1つのキャビティ(16、24,43)、
−少なくとも1つの出発材料のための少なくとも1つの容器(100)を受けるための収容デバイス、
−前記容器(100)から前記キャビティ(16、24,43)に前記少なくとも1つの出発材料を直接に輸送するための輸送装置、及び、
−前記少なくとも1つの出発材料のための、前記収容デバイスと前記キャビティ(16、24、43)との間に配置された混合ユニット(3)、を有し、
前記容器(100)は、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料を前記キャビティ(16、24、43)に貯蔵するためだけでなく輸送及び導入するために設計されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記収容デバイスは、前記少なくとも1つの容器内の前記少なくとも1つの出発材料の活性化のための少なくとも1つの装置を有する請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記混合ユニット(3)が前記少なくとも1つの容器(100)に一体化されている請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- 前記成形装置(21、41)の少なくとも1つの第1のキャビティ(24、43)と1つの第2のキャビティ(29、44)とを備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1のキャビティ(24、43)の体積は、前記少なくとも1つの第2のキャビティ(29、44)の体積と異なる請求項12から14の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 強化プラスチック部材の製造のための組立キットであって、
i)成形装置(11、21、41)のキャビティ(16、24、43)内の少なくとも1つの補強材料、
ii)少なくとも1つの容器(100)中の少なくとも1つの出発材料、
iii)前記少なくとも1つの出発材料に有効な少なくとも1つの活性化剤、及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの出発材料に有効な少なくとも1つの触媒、の各構成要素を有し、
前記容器(100)は、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料を前記キャビティ(16、24、43)に貯蔵するためだけでなく輸送及び導入するために設計されており、
前記少なくとも1つの補強材料は、前記少なくとも1つの出発材料に化学的及び/又は物理的に適切な表面改質を有することを特徴とする組立キット。
