Claims (18)
- 弁輪および弁尖を有する心臓弁に対して手技を実施するための装置であって、
(a)材料ループが展開された場合に、前記弁輪または前記弁尖の少なくとも一部分に接触するように構成された、材料ループ、
(b)先鋭の前方端部および後方端部を複数のアンカのそれぞれが有し、前後方向に延在するスロットを複数のアンカのそれぞれが有する、複数のアンカであって、前記複数のアンカの前記前方端部は、前方へと前記弁輪または前記弁尖の中に植え込まれるように構成され、前記複数のアンカは、植込み後に、後方への前記弁輪または前記弁尖からの引抜きに抵抗するように構成され、前記複数のアンカは、前記材料ループが展開された場合に、前記複数のアンカの前記前方端部が前記弁輪または前記弁尖の方を向いた状態で、前記材料ループの周囲に分散されるように前記材料ループに対して配置される、複数のアンカ、および

- 前記第1の材料パネルは、植込み前に前記第1の材料パネルの前記外方表面の円筒状湾曲に倣う外方表面を有する少なくとも1つのタブを備え、前記第2の材料パネルは、植込み前に前記第2の材料パネルの前記外方表面の円筒状湾曲に倣う外方表面を有する少なくとも1つのタブを備え、前記タブが、植込み後に自動的に外方に跳ね出す、請求項12または13に記載の装置。
- 前記材料ループは閉ループを備える、請求項12または13に記載の装置。
